She stalked after the bully, knees bent slightly, before spinning herself around and kicking upwards with her foot, the short grey pleated skirt bouncing up to reveal her black cotton panties, the muscles in her toned leg tightening as her scuffed black school shoe flew towards the bully's face just as the voice of authority demanded they stop.
"Oh...great", muttered Katherine as she saw the teachers and principal approach. "Come on, let's get you to class. Summer can handle this, she's used to it", she said, gently tugging on the younger girl's hand, trying to lead her around the back of the crowd to safely avoid the school staff and make their way through the gates.
Does Summer actually kick the bully's face, or does she stop at the last moment??
Either way, the teachers seem to be taking charge of the scene, immediately ushering the remaining bystanders away. The principal herself simply frowns and waits for the two students to actually stop fighting.
Fortunately, however, Katherine and the girl are able to scoot away unnoticed by the authority figures. As they enter through the school gates, the girl relaxes visibly. "Th-thank you!" she says, wiping her eyes again. "I... I don't know how I can repay you..."

<Maris, you there?>
<Yeeeees?>
<As soon as class ends, call me. Talk about anything, but just make sure you call me. I need a good excuse to ignore Hikari, and you calling me would be perfect!>
<That's preeeetty mean, Sis!>
<I... I know. But it needs to be done, at least today>
<Only once...!>
Reya sighs, glad she came up with a plan before class let out, with time to spare...! Now for class to just finish so her in genius plan can come to fruition.
And the class finally ends, although not without a brief quiz on covariant and contravariant tensors! As soon as the class bell rings, Hikari turns towards Reya, eager anticipation in her eyes! "Reya-chaaaan~" she calls out.

The boss battle begins! That green-haired angel actually looks somewhat silly, with her implausible proportions, but the crowd is hushed as the boy battles his way through waves of attacks, from beams of colored energy to more ditzy angels summoned to their nefarious mistress' aid! The hero fights back with a full arsenal of weapons, however, machine guns and missiles blasting away the mob, before the boss is finally stripped of her defenses! The boy is down to his last life, but with one final shot, the green-haired boss angel lets out a wail and goes plummeting out of the sky!
Victory!

The young women wastes no time turning this to her advantage as she quickly dives into the nearest crowded shop in order to blend in.
Maybe they will, maybe they won't!
The disguised mastermind dives into the nearest store, to find out... it's a shop selling girl's clothing for Christmas! Almost immediately, one of the clerks notices her arrival. "Oh! You look so cute! Are you here to find a new outfit for the holidays?" she asks eagerly.
Raleigh wrote:While that is true people usually use different outfits depending upon the weather. Besides, most people have at least more than one outfit though I do understand the dilemma. Perhaps you should look into some kind of enchanted clothing. There is plenty in the city we are near here. Still, follow me at any rate and I'll guide you to where you want to go.
The scientist hmms. "Enchanted clothing? It sounds intruiging, but I have a suspicion that around here that could end up doing more harm than good." She shrugs, and follows after Rei.
(( Is he leading her towards her actual destination, or someplace else? ))

The figure in the cloak hmms. "You may have noticed that this city seems a little... bland," it says. "Orderly. Peaceful.
Boring. I am just looking for compatriots willing to help me... stir the pot a little, if you know what I mean." The figure chuckles. "These CTC goons are getting a little cocky, thinking they can impose their ways on the people of Muffinville."

Victor breaks into a sheepish grin.
"...Can't say I did, really. You learn something new everyday."
Pausing, he listens to the options...a science museum would probably be wasted on him, and a park was a park...so that left...
"Color isolation?"
Raising an eyebrow, Victor stops watching Mischa bounce down the street, focusing back on the white-haired agent.
"...What's that?"
The inflatable princess bounces around helplessly!
Caine considers a moment, crossing her arms. "It requires a bit of a history lesson to explain... but seeing as you're new here, I suppose such a lesson wouldn't hurt. You have heard of the "color energy" that seems prevalent in this place, correct? Energies that can transform things or people, the end result typically determined by the 'color' of the energy used," she says. "In the past, this place was permeated by one of these 'colors' -- specifically, one referred to as 'beige'."
Shy Shay wrote:Shay pauses. He takes out a beige patch and puts it on his jacket. "Now wait just a moment... what are you doing with the Biege? They are all going..." He points to the central facility... "There. Why?"
Eva tilts her head curiously. "Oh... I'm surprised you didn't notice it before. Although the effects on the vector field weren't as intense before..." she admits. She shrugs slightly. "When we first moved in to secure the remains of the Sand Academy, there were warnings that the beige energy, without the structure of the Academy to contain it, would spill over into the surrounding area."
"To help contain it, we built field emitters into the exterior walls..." The white-haired girl gestures to the black granite walls surrounding the empty field. "However, we also intalled a TAP system into the central facility. We had conducted a field test before, back when that orange-infused woman attacked Muffinville -- not entirely successfully, but enough to demonstrate that the TAP could draw in and store supernatural energies. So we built one here to help 'suck up' the ambient beige and keep it from spilling over our containment field. It was one of our contingency plans, in case our effort to readjust the nature of beige failed."
