*He frowns*

Blaze chuckles.

"You're on. Deactivate safeguard 001."

Mendo regains control of himself!

[Mendi-chan]

*Mendo jumps to his feet, stretching out his arms and legs*
I just have one question Blaze... you said that was safeguard number one? Does that mean that there's more of those things?

[Blaze]

"Maybe~ If I tell you, you might try to fiddle with them, which might make them not work when they're needed." ^_^

Blaze backs up and draws two revolvers.

[Mendi-chan]

*Mendo frowns*
I'm not sure I like that Blaze... But... I suppose you're the techie person who knows best about this stuff.

*Crouching... Mendo darts at Blaze again! This time creating two shadow clones accompany him on his approach!*

[Blaze]

Blaze points the two revolvers at the clones and fires!

[Mendi-chan]

*The two clones disappear in ninja poofs... but Mendo is now right in front of Blaze... and his shadow shoots out in all directions, attempting to envelop Blaze!*

[Blaze]

Blaze yelps and leaps into the air, taking flight to avoid the shadows!

[Mendi-chan]

*Mendo takes the opportunity to move closer to Blaze... he strikes out with a few punches*
Let's see how spry you are Blaze...

[Blaze]

Blaze moves to deflect the punches, all while twisting her arms and trying to get a clear shot at Mendo!

[Mendi-chan]

*Fails to land a solid punch... but jumps backwards, continually moving so as to avoid Blaze's gun's line of sight. With a series of lightning fast seals he focuses his chakra... and pillars of stone rise all around him, further shielding him and attempting to crush his apprentice!*

[Blaze]

Blaze yelps in surprise, dropping the guns and focusing solely on flying clear of the pillars!

"Overkill much?!"

[Mendi-chan]

*Mendo sweatdrops*
Sorry, I just got caught up in the moment...
*The pillars freeze... but create quite an interesting battlefield. The ninja begins jumping off the pillars in order to get behind Blaze, where he attempts to blindside the girl and take her down*
But, all the same, it's best to be ready for anything!

[Blaze]

Blaze lands on one of the pillars... and is blindsided by Mendo!

"Ooof!"

[Mendi-chan]

*Smiles as he steps back from Blaze, reaching a hand to help her to her feet*
