A tall skinny blonde dude named Nate walks by the assembled Christmas group, he stares. O_o

"Uh...hi there."

*The disembodied floating upside-down head of a grinning Black Maine Coon drops itself directly in Nate's view.*

"Woahhh!" Nate immedtately backs away as the insane looking cat head looks at him all creepy like. "Yeah I'm uh...I'm just gonna...go...so nice to meet you." He decides to run for it.

[AmbushCat]

*The disembodied head disappears, and a fully formed Ambush Cat appears perched on one of Nate's shoulders.*

Hold your horses there, Jack. That's just me being me.

Nate looks at the cat. "I see...I was just surprised by the whole...being just a head thing. Very Alice in Wonderland." He glances back at the Christmas themed group. "What's up with those guys?"

Invoking Christmas-themed transformations on others, I suppose. *shrugs* I'll admit I wasn't paying much attention to proceedings.

Anyway, name's Ambush Cat. Most people just call me Ambush.

"I'm Nate..." He would have shook Ambush cat's hand but well...he didn't have one. "So, turning people into Christmas themes eh?"

Pretty much. Tonight's forecast calls for a rather nasty snowstorm and highs in the upper 10s, so I'm on hand to drop 'em at the hospital in case any of them are stupid enough to linger outdoors.

*Nods* Yeah confusion is putting it mildly.....

'Tis the nature of Muffinville. Weird transformation stuff happens. Accidental... *laser cannon juts out of his right ear* ...intentional... *charges up* ...or otherwise... *fires a shot at a passing college student, transforming her into a catgirl in mid-stride* ...you never know what's going to happen in this place.

*For her part, the catgirl just shrugs and walks on, ignoring the transformation afterward.*

Whatevr wanders back up, still in the same garb and figure but covered again in thick white wolf-like fur. She waves at Ambush first. "Hey, did anything interesting happen? I got bored so I snowed out a college, and then set the snow on fire, and then set the fire on lightning."
