Light Shines Brightest in the Deepest Darkness

As Yuu bravely flies away, he may see some of the girls attacking a bunch of schoolkids!

Konoko may notice that her house is being beseiged! The Heartless are patrolling around it, but not entering it's grounds.

Yuu panics a little more before he finally starts to growl and tries punching through the mob, his form shifting a bit as he assumes his were-fox form. "I'm not letting you freaks take me without a fight, so get out of here!" At the moment, he didn't care if he was outnumbered, he just wanted to survive this. Thoughts of his family also surged through his head, causing him to think of what these things could try to do to them. "... Like hell I'll let that happen!"


"Stupid little buggers." Konoko muttered as she stared at them all, flexing her hands a little before giving them all the most sinister of smirks, similar to a predator looking onto some prey.

An energy beam soon comes flying at a group of the Heartless, revealed to be from Ritsu. The young genius was wearing what appeared to be a high-tech battle suit of sorts, her arm itself shifted into the form of a beam cannon. "This REALLY isn't something that I thought I'd ever see, but maybe I could get a sample of the heartless to study~"

Next, a magic circle appeared within another group until a pillar of flame erupted into the air, thanks to Usagi, who landed on the wall. "Man... what the heck is going on here? Can't I just relax or something?"

The Heartless would also find themselves coming under the fire of... candy, courtesy of Uzuko as the tiny Bubblegum Fairy flew around rapidly, with Eiko summoning up some ki blasts and firing at the creatures.

They weren't the only ones, though, as various other Hasano clan members who possessed some of their own abilities were tossing what they had at the Heartless.

Moral of the story? Messing with the Hasanos was bad.

Ms Chieve spins as the heartless start to come at the trio from the rear. Upon Firing her pistol a whide beam of almost white light fires in a wide fan spread of about 100 degrees side to side. Flash grenades similar to bic click style pins are tots to her off hand(right hand side) and flash bright white light in that direction...

[Keyblade Wielder + ???]

When the light fades off, the two figures appear to be a person in a black cloak and a person in a white cloak, standing back to back. On closer inspection, the person in the white cloak is definitely the woman from before, but her gauntlet seems to have shifted to a more leather-like shape and continues to shine as if it were made of energy; she makes a small motion with her hand and a blade made of the same stuff comes out of the top of the gauntlet. Her left arm seems to have similar energy-made material replacing everything from the stump down, and a similar gauntlet is on the energy-hand with the same kind of blade in it. The figure in the white cloak seems to be invisible or some kind of poltergeist, but is dual-wielding the Oathkeeper and Oblivion Keyblades somehow anyway. They both look around for a minute, expecting to see some surviving heartless or new ones appearing. The woman then retracts the blades. "We got five minutes. Let's find where they're hiding," she says; the black cloak's hood nods. The cloak moves like a platformer character, running and double jumping, wall jumping, and so on; the woman goes in the opposite direction, employing a more realistic, freerunning style of movement. Both are on the lookout for any more heartless.

Utsuko watches, blinking as more characters appear. "Ooooh, quite the secret society they've got... I wonder what numbers these two are?" She watches a moment, and then starts following after the woman, taking pictures of her!

The creatures flinch form the lasers Pleasence fires, but continue to hold her as several more leap on!

From Alex and Lily's view, it looks like Pleasence has been ensnared in a black orb. One that is slowly sinking into the ground...

Turning around to urge her comrades through the momentary gap she made in the shadowy creatures, Lily's shocked to see her commander getting dogpiled by the mysterious entities! "Commander!" she shouts, teleporting over adjacent to the sphere. She frowns a moment, and then strikes at the sinking black mass with her hand, her Imagine Breaker activating to try and dispel the supernatural creatures!

Meanwhile, at the other side, Alex is trying to figure out what he can do to help. Firing his laser into the mass might endanger the commander. "Damn it..." he mutters, feeling helpless.

Kazuya just shrugs and lets them attack the mugger.

One of them shoves it's hand into the mugger's chest and pulls out a glowing neon pink heart as the mugger's body dissolves into nothingness.

THe beings retreat into Kazuya's shadow once more.

Hearts? Well they are tasty but is that all you are here for? Care to tell me more? *Makes no move to drag the spear out.*

The Neoshadow tilts her head.

While the Weilder only finds simple Shadows, the sentient Keyblade(?) suddenly runs into a new enemy!

The space distorts around Kazuya's shadow and then a bright light is emitted, making the shadow of Kazuya disappear, "Don't think I'm letting you guys hide away... I want an explanation..."

As soon as the black cloaked one realizes the rainbow thing is a heartless, it starts attacking. First the left keyblade is turned upward and a KH1-style Aero spell cast, forming a protective barrier of wind; then both keyblades shoot two or three fireballs at the enemy.
Meanwhile, the woman takes on an entirely different fighting style from before, relying largely on counterattacks and lots and lots of stabbing and neck-slitting with the blades. The gauntlets seem to have some kind of armor in the forearm area, as she blocks attacks with them without seeming to get hurt. It's almost certain this strategy works better on humanoid opponents than it would on regular heartless.

Meanwhile, the woman takes on an entirely different fighting style from before, relying largely on counterattacks and lots and lots of stabbing and neck-slitting with the blades. The gauntlets seem to have some kind of armor in the forearm area, as she blocks attacks with them without seeming to get hurt. It's almost certain this strategy works better on humanoid opponents than it would on regular heartless.

Speaking of, the woman finds herself falling through an endless black void!

"Commander! COMMANDER!" Lily shouts, collapsing to the floor, and beating her fists against the armored material where the black orb vanished. Electricity flares about her, arcing into any of the Heartless that dare to remain nearby... but Alex steps forwards into the aura of energy, wincing slightly as the static charge makes his body sting, but reaches down to squeeze her shoulder.

"Lily," he says firmly. "We need to get to the command center. We can't do anything more for her here... but maybe we can find her from there."

The silver-haired girl looks up, tears welling up in her eyes... but at Alex's words, her resolve hardens again, and she nods curtly, reaching up to wipe her tears away on her sleeve. "Let's go. As her aide, your are the acting commander. I will not let you down..." she says, before turning to face down the corridor, the access hatch to the command center and its CRAVEN field visible tantalizingly at the other end.

Meanwhile, the commander is startled to find herself dropping through an unknown space. She frowns, and begins trying to access any of the CTC's sensors through her implants, hoping to at least contact some kind of signal that might tell her where she is.

The strange key slices through the girls easily, dispelling them! The NPCs flee, not even thanking Yuu. Damn ungrateful NPCs!

Konoko would have difficulty gauging how many are left, since any remaining ones are giving the Hasano mansion a wide wide WIDE berth

The strange rainbow heartless evades the fireballs by melting into the ground and moving under the cloaked fellow, stabbing up with it's claws!

Meanwhile, the woman comes under attack by another new Heartless! This one floats in the air in front of her, gazing into the crystal ball!

"Commander! COMMANDER!" Lily shouts, collapsing to the floor, and beating her fists against the armored material where the black orb vanished. As for Pleasence, none of her implants can get a signal! But suddenly, her falling from turns on it's own and lands... on a large platform, seemingly made of stained glass. A platform that seems to depict her and several images of the CTC.

As soon as Lily enters the Command Center, lightning arcs out, striking any of the shadowy creatures that might be nearby! She follows up with laser shots, having borrowed Alex's weapon to fight with both weapons. "Alex!" she shouts. "Get the CRAVEN system online!"

The aide nods, gesturing to a set of monitors to bring them to life.

Meanwhile, Commander Pleasance frowns, although she had somewhat expected not being able to access any of the CTC's network in whatever place this was. She's startled to find herself landing rather agilely upon the stained-glass platform, and pauses to examine the image.

"Not the most flattering depiction..." she admits. "And I suppose they had to dredge up the whole incident with the Sand Academy..." she says with some distaste, noting the mushroom cloud rather prominent in the backdrop of the image, although there are also depictions of the CTC's various elements, from armored tanks and soldiers to her side, to satellite platforms amongst the stars along the top of the image.
