Anyways, Noise and Silence are in charge with setting the stage for this undertaking. By placing the shrines in strategic points around the city they will spread the influence of the Smoking One, increasing the potency and effectiveness of certain mystical arts of the Chaijin. Mr. Cloak meanwhile will lend his mystical might to power the operation. While I have some familiarity with the arts of Chaijin sorcery from my research, I let the necessary abilities to properly manipulate them. As for you, I might have need for your might as well...::
