So three against and one for. I suppose that means that proposal has failed at this time. Ah well, can't win them all. Well you can but that tends to upset people with all the corpses that it leaves. I thank the council for its kindness in meeting with me and hearing out my proposals. I don't think I have anything else to propose as of this moment so I have finished my business. Do you all need me to stay for anything or shall I show myself out?

If I was harassing him, it would be non-stop, up close and personal. It's the very definition of the word, after all. *grooms one shoulder uncaringly* So as far as that statement goes, you're only half correct. 'Sides, it's not like I'm hurting him or anything; my kids would get angry if that were the case, and it's not like it's any different from how I behave in everyone else's company.
