Pt. 5: The Dimensions Strike Back!

[Marky]

Wait, there's another one of you guys?

G nods. "Yeah, there's another one. We..." He starts to say, before giving a bit of a glare at D. "...we are together before D and I split up. I don't know where Sam is, though...Mark must have left him and must be going back to get him...or...hrm..." G says, before pausing, concentrating for a little bit.

"Ouch," said Mike as he kept walking. "Mind talking about it?"

Sighing for a little bit, Sam just shrugs and keeps walking. "Might as well. Got nothing better to do. Let's just say the world me and the rest of the guys lived in was one where a nuclear holocaust happened...about a year or so ago, and we've been living as best we can ever since..."

"Where'd you come from?"

Mark pauses for a moment, almost seeming like it is a bit of a touchy subject, before finally speaking. "Well...we came from a place...and time, I guess, where a nuclear holocaust happened...D and Sam were pretty much the only family that I had that survived..." Pausing for a moment, a solemn look on his face, Mark sheds a couple of tears.

[Ookalf]

G nods. "Yeah, there's another one. We..." He starts to say, before giving a bit of a glare at D. "...we are together before D and I split up. I don't know where Sam is, though...Mark must have left him and must be going back to get him...or...hrm..." G says, before pausing, concentrating for a little bit.

Uh-huh... Do you have some way to find him?

[Maiden Miki]

"I see. Nothing like that has happen so far here but might as well with all that happens," said Mike as he nodded. "How you got out of it?"

[KonokoHasano]

Mark pauses for a moment, almost seeming like it is a bit of a touchy subject, before finally speaking. "Well...we came from a place...and time, I guess, where a nuclear holocaust happened...D and Sam were pretty much the only family that I had that survived..." Pausing for a moment, a solemn look on his face, Mark sheds a couple of tears.

"Sam? I guess another alternate version of him then." She mutters for a moment before moving over and comforting the boy. "I apologize if I brought up some terrible memories."

Uh-huh... Do you have some way to find him?

Looking over at Ookalf, G pauses for another moment, before speaking. "Well, I can-" He starts to say, before D cuts him off. "Oh, yeah, G can find him cause he's psychic or something like that." Rolling his eyes, G just slowly shakes his head. "I can sense his emotions...more like an empath or so. But, yeah, I've been trying to find him for a little bit, but there's a lot of other people to try and find him through...plus not having had these powers for long doesn't help..."

"I see. Nothing like that has happen so far here but might as well with all that happens," said Mike as he nodded. "How you got out of it?"

Sam blinks a little, confused. "How did I get out of what? Get out of being fried by a nuclear warhead or get out of living in that hell and get here?"

"Sam? I guess another alternate version of him then." She mutters for a moment before moving over and comforting the boy. "I apologize if I brought up some terrible memories."

Sighing for a moment, Mark shakes his head and regains a bit of his composure. "N-nah, it's alright." He says, before pausing. "Oh...damn. I forgot about Sam." Facepalming, Mark sighs, looking back toward the building in the distance. "I left him up on that building while I went to go look for these two." He says, pointing over to G and D. Little do either of the two know, though, that Mike and Sam are slowly on their way to the two.

[Ookalf]

Looking over at Ookalf, G pauses for another moment, before speaking. "Well, I can-" He starts to say, before D cuts him off. "Oh, yeah, G can find him cause he's psychic or something like that." Rolling his eyes, G just slowly shakes his head. "I can sense his emotions...more like an empath or so. Oh... I don't really get it, but that does sound like a problem.

Mike then turned around and was walking backwards. Sam may notice that Mike was avoiding things that he could be walking into.

"How about all three. That sounds like it be interesting bits of info," said Mike as he faced Sam.

[KonokoHasano]

Sighing for a moment, Mark shakes his head and regains a bit of his composure. "N-nah, it's alright." He says, before pausing. "Oh...damn. I forgot about Sam." Facepalming, Mark sighs, looking back toward the building in the distance. "I left him up on that building while I went to go look for these two." He says, pointing over to G and D. "Hmm... maybe he managed to get down from there?" Konoko provided, considering.

Oh... I don't really get it, but that does sound like a problem.

Both G and D nod a little. "Yeah, we're probably gonna stay here till Mark decides to go look for him or something." D rolls his eyes and grumbles. "Screw looking for him. I'm hungry and ready to eat up a buffet line full of food!" G just sighs and shakes his head at D. "We'll get some food eventually, dude...just chill."

"Well, um, I guess what saved us from being fried by a nuke was the fact that three of us were living in a rural area, and G, well, he was visiting at the time." He says, before shrugging a little. "If you want to know how the hell we got out of there and ended up here...I honestly have no friggen clue. We were sleeping in some woods, and the next thing we knew when we woke up we were out in those woods." Sam says, pointing to the woods outside of Muffinville.

"Hmm... maybe he managed to get down from there?" Konoko provided, considering.

Mark pauses for a moment. "Hm...well, perhaps. I think there was a stairwell leading down from the roof, but I didn't really notice it. Was too busy trying to see where the hell these two went off to while Sam and I were busy talking. I just hope he hasn't gotten into any trouble like these two apparently did..."

[Ookalf]

Both G and D nod a little. "Yeah, we're probably gonna stay here till Mark decides to go look for him or something." D rolls his eyes and grumbles. "Screw looking for him. "So dimension shifting," said Mike as he nodded. He then tilted his head up and smiled. "And it looks as if we are close to your friends."

Mike then turned around and looked around. "See them?"

Mark pauses for a moment. "Hm...well, perhaps. I think there was a stairwell leading down from the roof, but I didn't really notice it. Was too busy trying to see where the hell these two went off to while Sam and I were busy talking. I just hope he hasn't gotten into any trouble like these two apparently did..."

"Is he prone to getting into trouble? If he's not, then I imagine he would use his head some more."

Eh-heh... Maybe we should ask your friend over there about all this?

"Su-" G starts to say, before D quickly cuts him off. "Will do! Hey Mark!!!" Pausing for a moment, Mark blinkblinks as he looks over at D frowning a little at the sudden yelling. "What?!" He says, grumbling. "When can we go eat?! I'm starving!" G just facepalms at D, while Mark groans a little before responding. "As soon as I know Sam is safe and sound!" Sighing and grumbling himself, D sits down. "Damnit."

"So dimension shifting," said Mike as he nodded. He then tilted his head up and smiled. "And it looks as if we are close to your friends."

Mike then turned around and looked around. "See them?"

Pausing for a moment, Sam looks around, before grimacing a bit at hearing D yell (*points to Ookalf's response*) to Mark. "See them? Maybe. Hear? Yup. I'd recognize D's annoying voice from anywhere..." Sam says, pointing over to a nearby roof where he heard the yelling come from.

"Is he prone to getting into trouble? If he's not, then I imagine he would use his head some more."

Mark nods a little to Konoko, before having a quick conversation with D after he's yelled at (*points above*). Sighing and shaking his head a few moments later, Mark looks back at Konoko. "Sorry about that. And, well, he's definitely not all that prone to getting into trouble, so, I guess he could be alright. I just tend to worry when one of us gets separated, with what kind of world we've had to live in recently..."

[Maiden Miki]

"Well, hold on tight," said Mike as he motion to Sam to hang on to him. Mike then made his arm glow blue to prepare for another band.

[Ookalf]

"Su-" G starts to say, before D quickly cuts him off. "Will do! Hey Mark!!!" Pausing for a moment, Mark blinkblinks as he looks over at D frowning a little at the sudden yelling. "What?!" He says, grumbling. "When can we go eat?! I'm starving!" G just facepalms at D, while Mark groans a little before responding. "As soon as I know Sam is safe and sound!" Sighing and grumbling himself, D sits down. "Damnit."

Hm... *Ookalf looks around for a moment, trying to think of something to say.* ...Hey, did we ever get each other's names?
