Pt. 5: The Dimensions Strike Back!

[KonokoHasano]

Konoko pats Mark on the shoulder. "Well... maybe he's walking this way at this moment?"

[Marky]

"Well, hold on tight," said Mike as he motion to Sam to hang on to him. Mike then made his arm glow blue to prepare for another band.

Pausing for a moment, Sam gives a quick nod and does as he's told this time. "Ready whenever you are." He says, holding on like last time.

Hm... *Ookalf looks around for a moment, trying to think of something to say.* ...Hey, did we ever get each other's names?

Looking back up and over at Ookalf, G pauses, before slowly nodding. "You're right, we didn't. I'm Chris G. Nice to meet you." Grumbling for a few more moments, D looks back over to Ookalf. "Yeah...and I'm Chris D." G then quickly responds "Yeah, you can see it can get a little confusing with us, so we just have everyone else call us by the first letter of our last name so every time someone says Chris, we both won't be wondering who it is. Although, I would say a good amount of time they're talking about D." G chuckles a little bit as D just rolls his eyes and grumbles. "Yeah, yeah..."

Mark smiles a bit and nods. "That would be awesome. And, well, since he did see me leave, I guess he could know which general direction to go. The yelling earlier probably would help even more." He says, before giving a bit of a chuckle and rubbing the back of his head, before looking around.

[Ookalf]

Looking back up and over at Ookalf, G pauses, before slowly nodding. "You're right, we didn't. I'm Chris G. Nice to meet you." Grumbling for a few more moments, D looks back over to Ookalf. "Yeah...and I'm Chris D." G then quickly responds "Yeah, you can see it can get a little confusing with us, so we just have everyone else call us by the first letter of our last name so every time someone says Chris, we both won't be wondering who it is. Although, I would say a good amount of time they're talking about D." G chuckles a little bit as D just rolls his eyes and grumbles. "Yeah, yeah..."

[Maiden Miki]

"Alright. Here we go," said Mike as he shot out his arm and a long band of aura flew to attach to the building. He then reel both of them up to the top.

Mark smiles a bit and nods. "That would be awesome. And, well, since he did see me leave, I guess he could know which general direction to go. The yelling earlier probably would help even more." He says, before giving a bit of a chuckle and rubbing the back of his head, before looking around.

"And I do have a feeling that he may be in safe hands." She said, tapping her chin. "So I wouldn't worry too much. If he's not around in a little bit, I could help you search."

[Marky]

Yeah, that sounds kinda confusing... Well, nice to meet ya, Chrises. I'm Ookalf! *Ookalf offers both D and G a handshake.*

G chuckles a little bit as he shakes Ookalf's hand. "Nice to meet you, as well." Mumbling a little to himself, D slowly shakes Ookalf's hand. "Yeah, nice to meet ya, too."

A few moments later, Ookalf, G, and D might notice a couple of people have made it onto the roof. One is Mike, and the other is Sam!

"Alright. Here we go," said Mike as he shot out his arm and a long band of aura flew to attach to the building. He then reel both of them up to the top.

As the two head up the quite short distance to the top of the building compared to the one they were on earlier, they can start to see a few people! Konoko looks to be talking with Mark closer to the edge. Meanwhile, Ookalf can be seen shaking hands with both D and G a little bit across the rooftop.

"And I do have a feeling that he may be in safe hands." She said, tapping her chin. "So I wouldn't worry too much. If he's not around in a little bit, I could help you search."

Nodding a little, Mark smiles. "Sounds good to me." He says, before pausing for a moment. "Well, now wh-" Starting to speak, Mark pauses once again as out of the corner of his eye he notices Sam and Mike on their way up to the rooftop!

[Ookalf]

G chuckles a little bit as he shakes Ookalf's hand. "Nice to meet you, as well." Mumbling a little to himself, D slowly shakes Ookalf's hand. "Yeah, nice to meet ya, too."

A few moments later, Ookalf, G, and D might notice a couple of people have made it onto the roof. One is Mike, and the other is Sam!

Ha-ha... *Spotting someone coming on to the roof, Ookalf looks toward them.* Hey... I think your friend might've just showed up.

[Maiden Miki]

"Interesting," said Mike spotting Mark and then looked behind to Sam, "Are those your friends as he nodded towards Mark on the others."

Mike walked slowly towards the others but allowed the chance for Sam to follow. "Hey there you guys."

[KonokoHasano]

"Like I said, your friend is alright." Konoko said, nodding at noticing Sam, and figuring who he was. "Looks like Mike found him."

[Marky]

Ha-ha... *Spotting someone coming on to the roof, Ookalf looks toward them.* Hey... I think your friend might've just showed up.

Pausing for a moment, D and G both look over at Sam and Mike with two completely different reactions. Smiling, G nods and turns back to Ookalf. "Yep. Looks like it." Meanwhile, D grumbles a little bit and turns around slowly. "Damnit." Glancing over to D, G just rolls his eyes in response.

Sam smiles and nods to Mike. "Yep. They are my friends." He says, before going over to Mark. "So, how much trouble did those two get into this time?" Chuckling a little, Mark just shook his head. "A little, but not too much. Anyways, we got some good news on the money and food front." Sam raises an eyebrow, looking a bit stunned. "Really?" Smiling, Mark nods. "Yep."

Turning to Mike, Mark extends his hand. "Thanks for the help in bringing Sam over here."

"Like I said, your friend is alright." Konoko said, nodding at noticing Sam, and figuring who he was. "Looks like Mike found him."

After talking a little bit to Sam above, Mark turns back to Konoko, nodding. "Yep. Now that we're altogether, looks like it's about time to maybe do something about our living situation..." Mark starts to say, before his stomach suddenly growls. "Um...well, maybe after we eat. Know of any good places to eat around here?"

[Ookalf]

Pausing for a moment, D and G both look over at Sam and Mike with two completely different reactions. Smiling, G nods and turns back to Ookalf. "Yep. Looks like it." Meanwhile, D grumbles a little bit and turns around slowly. "Damnit." Glancing over to D, G just rolls his eyes in response.

Huh? *Ookalf looks to D.* Is somethin' wrong?

"No problem," said Mike as he took the hand and used the moment to scan Mark's aura to see if he can gather any information. "So, been here before?"

"Food eh? Well, we have two choices," said Mike as he smiled a bit, "We can either go to one of our homes to make sure you have good food or go to a restaurant where something may happen."

[KonokoHasano]

"Jeez, Mike, you act as if things always happen at a restaurant." She said with a bit of a smirk. "I'm sure there's one where nothing will happen."

[Marky]

Huh? *Ookalf looks to D.* Is somethin' wrong?

G just shakes his head as D stays silent. "I think he was kinda hoping Sam wouldn't be found. I swear those two..." He says, holding his head a little, shaking it once more.

"No problem," said Mike as he took the hand and used the moment to scan Mark's aura to see if he can gather any information. "So, been here before?"

"Food eh? Well, we have two choices," said Mike as he smiled a bit, "We can either go to one of our homes to make sure you have good food or go to a restaurant where something may happen."

Mark blinks a little bit at Mike, raising an eyebrow at the question as his aura is scanned. Once again, like Sam's, the aura is quite similar, but there are key differences in the aura. "Um, no, I haven't..."

Pausing, Sam frowns. "Something may happen? Like what exactly?" D looks over at Sam, before getting a brilliant idea. "I still say let's go to a restaurant!" He says, a grin on his face as the gears are turning in his mind, twiddling his fingers. Sam notices this and frowns. "I definitely don't like that look..."

"Jeez, Mike, you act as if things always happen at a restaurant." She said with a bit of a smirk. "I'm sure there's one where nothing will happen."

Scratching his head a little, Mark sighs. "As much as I feel like adventuring out, I'm not sure it would be best if we all did go to some place where something might happen, unless you have one in mind where nothing will?" He says, looking to Konoko.

[Ookalf]

G just shakes his head as D stays silent. "I think he was kinda hoping Sam wouldn't be found. I swear those two..." He says, holding his head a little, shaking it once more.

Oh... Well, that's pretty mean. *Ookalf notes the others discussing meal plans, but doesn't add anything to that for now.*
