*The opposing team is initially thrown off by this misdirection, but Nozomi sees where the ball's headed and hits it back, sending it just over the net.*

*Being too close to the net for her to hit it back over safely, FL-Kaoru redirects the ball over to Joni... who wasn't aware that the ball was heading her away. Drew is there in time to bump the ball back over the net after it ricochets off her hapless teammate's forehead.*

*Madison is the closest to where the ball falls, so she passes it over to Delilah, who hits it over the net once more.*

*FL-Kaoru is in position to intercept it, but Drew accidentally tackles her in an attempt to get it herself. Thankfully, Abby is able to get to it and keep it airborne long enough for Joni to swat it back over the net one-handed.*

[Ookalf]

*Penny goes after the ball this time... And, unfortunately, misjudges where it's going to land, so it ends up falling some distance behind her.* ...Crap.

[AmbushCat]

Drew: *pumps a fist* Boo-yah! That's game! Weee are the chaaa--- *SMACK* ---ow!

*gets into her face, one eye squeezed shut from water* What the h%^*, Drew? What the h%^*? I go for the ball, it's obvious I'm going for the ball, you're not supposed to tackle me like Michael Oher, baka neko!

Drew: *aggressively* What the #^&* are you yelling at me for? So you got a little water in your eye, so what?

Joni: *shakes her head as they bicker* Melody, Nozomi, could you defuse this, please?

[Ookalf]

That's Madison... *The fish maid swims over to the other side of the net, with Nozomi following behind.* All right, you two, calm down...

*turns* Oh, come on! You saw what happened! She didn't have to do that!

Drew: I didn't see you, okay? Shut up!

[Ookalf]

It looked to me like just an accident. Nothing to start a fight over.

*to Nozomi, still rather irritated* How am I supposed to know that she's not just using that as an excuse?

Well, I suppose you can't know for sure that she's not... But at the same time, you can't say for sure that she is, can you?

Drew: So? *makes her way to the side of the pool*

Drew: *climbs out of the pool, walking towards the dressing room* Game's over, so I'm grabbing my stuff and getting back to my room. Abby? Joni? What about you?

Joni: The same. *starts to follow Drew's lead, but pauses a moment due to balance issues*

Abby: *stays where she is* I've got the early morning shift, I'm afraid. *yawns* Danielle's expecting me to take over for her in the art gallery.

[Ookalf]

No worries. As long as everyone's calm now.

Now that you mention it, I should probably go, too... I'm supposed to be helping make breakfast in the morning. *Delilah gets out of the pool.*
