Attention Fimbulvtr!

[Feng]

Somewhere in Downtown Muffinville...

Lord Bones, Criminal Mastermind, waits outside a restaurant called Toasty's, a quite popular seafood restaurant owned by the Chibi cooking sensation Burnt Toast. He taps his foot nervously, wondering if the one known as Fimbulvetr got the message he had sent to her concerning the meeting place as well as hoping his choice of meeting spot didn't offend his potential ally.

A light rain begins to fall and Bones retreats beneath a covered portion of the building, twirling his cane.

[Blaze]

A limo pulls up outside the restaurant, and the chauffeur, an obviously mechanical woman runs around to open the door at the back. Fimbulvetr emerges and looks around, soon spotting Bones. She walks over and offers her hand to the man.

"Lord Bones I assume?"

[Feng]

"Indeed I am," says Bones with a bow. Being a gentleman he gently takes Fimbulvtr's hand and gives it a brief, chaste kiss as a gesture of respect towards his colleague. "And you must be the legendary Fimbulvtr of Nifelheim Industries. I'm grateful that you've decided to meet me here on such short notice. Shall we go inside? We have much to discuss and I doubt either of us wants to do so in this lovely weather."

He motions to the darkening skies above.

[Blaze]

Fimbulvetr chuckles at the gentlemanly kiss.

"Really Mr. Bones, flattery shall get you nowhere."

Looking up at the skies, she nods.

"Indeed. Lead the way."

[Feng]

"As you wish" says Bones, leading Fimbulvtr inside the restaurant. They are immediately greeted by a Chibi waiter.

"Ah! Welcome back to Toasty's restaurant, good sir!"

"Hello," replies Bones. "Have you prepared my usual table?"

"But of course! We've kept the corner booth reserved just in case. And who is your lady friend?"

"Miss Fimbulvtr from Nifelheim industries. We're here to discuss business."

"Very good then. Please, walk this way" says the waiter, leading them to a spacious corner booth, a spacious spot that looks like it could hold six people comfortably.

[Blaze]

Fimbulvetr sits herself into the booth, somehow squeezing all of her pouches under the table.

"You certainly command a lot of respect from these Chibis."

[Feng]

"I have a certain history with the Children of the Underworld. In a past life, you could say I used to work alongside them in a number of projects. I notice that you yourself utilize android technology. How is that working for you?"

[Blaze]

"It has worked for me as it has for many years: very well." Fimbulvetr says, looking around the restaurant.

[Feng]

The restaurant has a Chibi theme going for it. The walls are covered with images of arctic birds and various weapons and artwork.

"Most interesting," replies Bones.

A waiter approaches the two.

"Can I get you anything to drink?"

[Blaze]

Fimbulvetr nods approvingly at the decor. Could use more chrome though...

"AH, some ice water please." she says to the waitress.

[Feng]

"I'll have some Ice Tea" replies Bones before turning back to Fimbulvtr.

"Chibi artwork typically depicts the craft sponsored by their patron guardian. In some shrines dedicated to the Flaming One, you can find metalwork of exceptional skill. Here, though most follow Smoking Toaster, patron of shamans, fishermen, and brewers. There is also a small cult dedicated to the Fertile One, who is the guardian of women and farmers."

[Blaze]

Fimbulvetr nods in understanding.

"Interesting... so Mr. Bones, I imagine that you didn't invite me out for small talk."

[Feng]

"No, of course not" says Lord Bones. "As it turns out, I require your expertise in creating a weapon of great power. One that employs both mystical energy and technological engineering..."

[Blaze]

Fimbulvetr leans in close at that.

"Is that so? And what is this weapon?"

[Feng]

The waiter returns with the two drinks.

Bones grins, placing a strange disc on the table before taking a sip of his ice tea.

"Inside you will find details for my weapon, the Nidhogg Gun. It's an orbital weapon designed to channel the limitless energies of the Chibi guardians, unwillingly of course."
