Since they're non controversial, I figure I can share just a little news piece.
In this first one the Army of Engineers accidentally used ordinance laden, WWI era dumping sand on a public beach, and are asking the city to help pay for the cost. The city is, of course, mad; the group claims this is standard procedure to share cost for screw ups with cities.
If true, I believe that should change. That's a bulk taxpayer issue as a bulk taxpayer created, funded and operated unit.

And secondly my home state Cali has been caught, by the guy who is in charge of actually doing it, deliberately ripping off millions of Californians by secretly closing their checking accounts, lock deposit boxes, etc. and selling their property without telling them, including retirement funds for people who are still alive and paying taxes every year!!!!!!!
