Guild Wars

So.. just curious- does anyone here play Guild Wars? It would be cool to meet some of the people here in an mmorpg, but I don't think I'll have much time to really start playing any new ones. So, Guild Wars it is, for me anyways ^^

I used to play that. I don't know if my account exists anymore, though. I'm a loner, so you can imagine how things didn't work out for me. ;/ I mean, sure, I was able to make it to level twenty, and got good equipment, but, in the end, you can only get so far alone.

I used to play but I reached level 18 and remembed the level cap was 20 so stopped because I felt if I was going to get to 20 it would be pointless to continue with such a low level cap.

Heh.. the point of the game wasn't leveling though... half the campaign took place after you reached level 20. Ah well- if anyone does start, just let me know here and I'll help you out ^^

I used to play in the Beta. If I recall, the point of the game was really PVP.

I had a Monk/Elementalist that specialized in Lightning and Healing and a Mesmer/Necro that would super-DoT things alogn with Blackout so they couldn't use special powers.

The healer was cool. Lightning had cool debuffs and knockdowns and stuns. I'd beat the crud out of other healers or keep the tanks trying to kill me knocked down, blinded and weakened, or stunned.
