Unfortunately, there are a number of states being run by morons who feel it is their duty to God to find people who do things they feel are wrong and persecute them for it. In Utah, the government has repeatedly tried to pass a law requiring ISP's to scan their customer's Internet downloads and watch for pornography (not 'kiddie porn' or 'illegal porn', but ANY porn, period).
