Taxes @_@

Postby Stellar » Thu Apr 05, 2007 9:00 pm

Okay. I get lots of money back this year from working most of 06. But The website I did my taxes on only does the federal part of the return.

So does anyone know how or where I could file my state taxes for Virginia and Pennsylvania? Without paying through the nose?

Do it yourself?? So Libraries or the ones here at least you can get your local tax forms.

Some tips though for people. IF you work more than one job you may be intitle to money from Social Secuirty as you can over pay them. Aslo Colleges tuition, fees and books may be tax deductible.

That's wierd, your tax site should have let you down your State taxes as well. Have you tried e-filing at http://www.hrblock.com/ ?

You can e-file online. If you make below I believe 52,000 a year, you can file for free. I did that just tonight, in fact. It's kind of time-consuming, but not too bad. Though if you've never filed before it's good to have someone standing by to help out if need be.
