Anyone else getting any of this stuff?

I wish I knew why things load so slowly or why connections or whatever fail to happen so often. It better not be those damn bots... If it's not one thing then it's another with them. -_-

Occasionally. It happens most with another forum I visit with this software. MSF usually loads quick and easy.

Haven't gotten that spotted background before... though a computer I've used has formatted the forums to look like the main page, it was kind of cool actually.

Once in a while, the hypertext links don't appear or don't work, but I've never gotten the grainy portion.

I don't use fire fox so no.

Yes, a refresh fixes that.

It's becouse the connection with the server is timing out sometimes due to slow connection or limited access to the server.

It may be the work of fell Firefox Demons... the only sure way to get rid of them is with an Explorer Exorcism, but that's beyond my power... more along the lines of a Windows Cleric, or perhaps you could do it yourself, if you had a scroll...

Sorry, but even the most powerful of Windows Clerics could figure out how to remove the evil demon Internet Explorer...

Anyway, the reason you get that unstyled page is because the server manages to send you the page, but then you get a server timeout on the style sheet (which tells the page what it's supposed to look like, for the most part).
