We are not living organisms! @_@

Okay, I'm ready for all of the groaning that I'm going to get for this outrageous idea. ^_^; By majority rule, we are water-like things because most of our body is water and much of the rest of the components are mixed with it, causing the water to have semi-solid and solid properties depending on the metals, rock minerals, sugars and whatever else is in us. And water isn't considered a living organism. ;p

You oh nekkid one, would give anyone that's taken organic chemistry seizures.

*seizures* Agh X_@

Water isn't organic, though. :O It's a neutral element! Neither organic nor inorganic! :D And what about other important things in the body, like calcium and phosphates? I never thought that metal (calcium) was organic, and I haven't been able to figure out what phosphates are, other than what they do. O.o

Most of the water in your body is being used a medium for say blood cells and such. That and water is a molecule, not an element, silly Nekkid one. :P

Now, about calcium, that's used predominantly to form the structure of your bones, and the phosphates are essential for the formation of your nucleic acids, and ATP.

But what's organic about any of them? We can't be an organism just because we have organs. ;p

What about sugar and salt then?

Its the impurities that make flesh organic. Just like the Impurities make the ocean.

Silly Nikky... We don't have ORGANS in our bodies!

Otherwise, we'd be too big! XD *dies of laughter*

Lian:

That actually uses my logic against me. Curses!

AnimaVex:

So? I've heard that our intestines can stretch to the moon. ;p

... *nabs Nikky and runs away, returning only after stashing Nikky... on a seat next to an ORGAN! OMG! <letslistentoNikkouplaytheorgan!>* :D

Our intestines might reach the moon, but they're not large enough to hold an organ! And pipes have nothing to do with the human body! They do, however, work well as a substitute weapon.

I still say that we're not living organisms. 'Cause living isn't all about sentience, but we don't call water living and that's most of our bodies right there. We're like... Um... Water cyborgs or something! @_@;
