A few days ago, a customer commented to me about me coming off as rude. Why? Because 'I wouldn't look straight at him.' I appologised and told him I just can't focus real well, to shut him up and get him out of drive thru.
Honestly though, I just have trouble looking at humans. My eyes will just zone out and I guess make it appear like I'm looking behind the subject. I don't know why I do it. There are some people who I can see eye to eye with without having to think about it. Other's, like co-workers, and friends, take a few months before I start seeing them without having to think about not seeing past them.
I dunno, it just bothers me that someone thought I was rude for something that I don't do on purpose. I guess that explains why the character 'Stellar' has eyes that aren't typical human eyes. That's not particularly what she sees different, it's just something equivelant of my own flaw as a special feature to her.
