I recently caught wind about a bill that was passed, that allows for domestic spying. Why is Bush still president, or how come Washington isn't a large, radioactive wasteland? Seriously. And I seriously hope that it doesn't work retroactively...

It has a six month sunset period, meaning it's not law in six months. Pelosi is already making a bill to shut it down.

Dems have been too spineless to challenge him all these years and are only now doing so.

Well, I'm pretty sure that it's unconstitutional. I'm glad that there's this sunset period or whatever it is, but I can only wonder if this window was all that was really needed... For something. <.<
