Definitely interesting, especially since i doubt anybody have thought of this use for the Wii remote before. I guess there is nothing new to it as such, i am sure pieces of electronics that could do the same existed before but this is by far the most accessible version i have heard about yet.

Wow that guy is a genius. If Nintendo implimented that into their games their sales would rocket and the Wii would be even more sold out than it is already (it is sold out over there right?).

Wow, I'm curious as to what sort of technical knowledge that guy has a background in to figure that out. Probably Computer Science, some Electrical Engineering with the overall reverse set up of the Wii motes and such.

Gotta hand it to that guy, he's got a nice set of brains between those ears of his.

The problem is that such a thing is better done on a large, or very large, screen. Imagine doing that on a 19" and how close you'd have to be. Bye-bye whatever vision you had. ;/ So right now it's probably not practical at home; it's perhaps better at some public place where you can strut your stuff in an arcade with a 60"+ screen.
