Magical Sailor Fuku

I was given a "Pre-Paid credit card gift card" for Christmas. The reason was that there were alot of things I wanted but could sald only be gotten threw the internet. So they figured this was the way to go so I could order it my self, since the avertiseing says "accepted any wear a credit card is". They even market them as being safer to ues when makeing online purcheses.


The Problem? No website accepts them, because you can not verafiy the billing adress.

So yah. If you ever consider giveing these to some one, know that you will not be able to use it for ANY kind of online shopping. Might as well save you a day of figureing out the puzzle of why it was not being accepted.

I believe you have to register them on their respective sites before you can buy stuff online...That's how mine works...>>

There was no such thing for the one I got. It's acculy activated when you buy it.

Not to mention about half the websites I tried to get something on out right said that they can not accept them.
