Why do all the threads I post in die? ; ;
They become inactive for days, or even die altogether, even though there is still much more to talk about in a few cases...Maybe it''s just me...

Seriously, though, I don't see many examples to see it as you do. There are a lot of people around here who post sparingly, besides. Most people concern themselves with certain areas and post there, and in other areas they'll only post if it's of interest and/or easy for them to do so.

The best examples are polls. Most people will only consider what poll they care about, and even then they may only bother with the poll and not make a post at all.

Unless you can make some outstanding examples to validate your claim, I'd say that it's just you. Now, stand tall and stop worrying! It's all in your head! Mind over matter! Et cetera, et cetera, et cetera!

I know just how you feel. For a long while it seemed that every time I posted it completely ended a thread. Don't worry. It's only a temporary curse, things get better starting with people having posted to this thread.

I've had that curse before. i'd post on a topic and then the topic would die.

I think we've all had that "effect" at some time or another. It all comes in phases. Like anything bad, this too shall pass.

I'm a threadminator ^^ , is only a stage ...dont worry each day born lots of threads and some dont liv emuch time but others are clasicals, others are curious , more important that if a thread recieve or not answer is feel that you have the suport of this place, and yes really when need you a friend word always exist a nice soul by this ways.

Part of it is that board activity seems to cycle. If you post in a slow time, then chances are good it will die fast.

Then...it's that I have bad luck. Okay, just wondering...I mean, my luck DOES seem to be pretty awful.

Try to kill Tiberius for some of his luck, maybe then you'll get lucky and start a thread people will actually post in.
