Insert tears and violence depicting profanity.

It is now....11:30 or 12:00, My computer like usual decided to throw a school-girl like temper tantrum, unfortunately....
Unlike a school-girl, My computer can't be belayed by chocolates or parfaits...my computer just partially dies...requiring complete restarting and deleting the majority of what ever is on my hard drive Including:
several months worth of pictures
several YEARS of writing.
hours worth of (pirated) manga and anime.
and just recently after that i tried clipping my toenail and it ripped off a majority of my nail causing minor bleeding, but requiring gauze and medical tape, and it hurt badly
that ends the portions of the violence depiction profanity and tears.

WHAT? Even Windows doesn't suck quite THAT badly... it seriously dumped your entire hard drive?

No, I have to do it, it will lock up and like eat all of the major files that cause it to run, and because myt dad is stupid, we don't have the disks to re-install all of the programs and I have to occasionally reset it to factory setting, in turn losing my pictures,writing, anime, and what i feel hurts me the most My Music.

Sounds like a worm or something? At least that's what I think of when I see the term "eat" used. Have you thought to invest in saving your important things on CDs, so you can upload them back onto the computer when it dies?

I have, and i do, but i never use them. but its alright.
besides if anything i have learned that Its computer stuff that i can fix eventually.
except the music.... its gone. T_T why the music....

I've got backups of my important stuff on three different harddrives, spread out between two computers and a storage device.

Isn't that a touch expensive? Personally I never have anything worth keeping on my computer that I can't retrieve a copy of quickly so I never really have that problem. My biggest loss is usually my bookmarks as some of the sites are so hard to track down again, especially for a guy who despises Google and Yahoo.
