Well, not really. You see, this anime I ordered came in, and I got it used. The place I got it from placed a sticker on it, which said:
USED
100%
GUARANTEED
I thought it was the darndest thing. But, of course, fact is always more strange (and thus silly and amusing) than fiction. Usually when some thing's fictional, you get upset over it. Which just isn't cool. Nope.

Well huh. That is odd, ain't it? Of course if it's been used once, it's 100% used, right? People are weird.

If I had to guess I'd guess that it means, roughly, "even though this is used, we cover it with a '100% guarantee!'" Or something like that.

Cover it with what? That, despite being used, it is in perfect working order? It would have made more sense to say:

100%
Guaranteed

Um, "guaranteed" means just what it says. That you can return it for your money back.
