Conceive a new way for people to be transformed, using some form of wordplay and/or non-conventional use of something that already exists.

We have this new treatment these days where we drill a hole in your head (the how doesn't really matter) and then fill your head with jello.

Why? Because we can put more of that than anything else into you head.
