Honestly its not a surprising request considering some of the things people in various countries have asked to be allowed to marry. I don't think, unlike what they were speculating on the page, that the birth rates will be too affected as most otakus aren't exactly breeders to begin with.

Eh Japanese women and especially hereditary Korean women have low standards and a strong drive to marry and have kids.
