It's in a game called Portal. It's written in blood on one of the walls in the game.

It's an amusing back story: The development team literally could not think of a good reward for completing the game, so one of them said after a 15 minuet silence, "... Well, everybody likes cake."

The blood-writer was apparently going through the gauntlet before the player and didn't receive any cake. Aaaaand neither did you. Thus, the cake is a lie.
