I was wondering if anyone knew of any free or inexpensive software that can create flash videos. I'm going to need something like that if I commit to making silly flash videos for MSF. I was thinking of using super-deformed characters for a "Mini Adventures of Muffinville" thing.

Adobe is kinda protective of their stuff, and probably won't stand for people giving out creation software for free and sidestepping them... Businesses would use that, and not have to pay Adobe the money for the development software.

I personally use the open source http://www.flashdevelop.org
It generates flash, but it is more programming oriented than animation oriented.
