Life is like a hurricane here in Duckburg
Race cars, lasers, aeroplanes - it's a duck blur
You might solve a mystery or rewrite history
Duck Tales, Oo-oo
Tales of derring-do, bad and good luck tales, oo-oo
D-d-d-danger, watch behind you - there's a stranger out to find you
What to do? Just grab onto some Duck Tales, oo-oo!
Not pony tails or cotton tails but Duck Tales, oo-oo!
When it seems they're headed for the final curtain
Bold deduction never fails, that's for certain
The worst of messes become successes!
Duck Tales, Oo-oo
Tales of derring-do, bad and good luck tales, oo-oo
Not pony tails or cotton tails but Duck Tales, oo-oo!

The article makes me want to read old disney comics. I had forgotten how awesome they were!
Donald Duck and Scrooge comics always seemed to center around creating some device or vehicle, often scraped together from junk, to solve whatever problem they had to deal with.
I remember that mythbusters took on the pingpong ball idea, and it worked (though wasn't very cost effective, go figure).

All this influence from Disney comics...
And people were still freaked when they bought Marvel.

To be honest, people are more freaked out by the schmucks who ran Disney up until recently. More specifically the schmuck who decided to have the company cater to teenage girls. And young girls. And pretty much girls up until they're married.
Good news it someone decently smart is in charge of all non-girl disney sectors.

There was the comic where the sorceress Magika De Spell swapped her and Scrooge McDuck's bodies so she could gain access to Scrooge McDuck's 1st dime he earned.

Well, no, there's been transgender stuff since long before animation ever existed. And we should see what influenced Disney's character development, and then we can thank them. XD
