We're getting groceries! I've been getting tired of just bread (and butter, usually as toast), water, eggs, crackers and occassional milk! X_X Well, there were some other things, but not very much; they were often stuff dug out of their hiding places while scrounging for something to eat. <.<; Like, I found this instant mashed potatoes on the back of the top shelf in the pantry, and its flaps were taped closed on the top. I have no idea how old it was, but as soon as we had some milk... I ate the lot of it. :O

Hopefully we'll be able to go grocery stopping sooner than a month and a half next time. ^_^; (And by grocery shopping, I mean in bulk, and with variety. For the past three weeks or so we've only been bringing back a bag or two of the very basics every here and there. All of the canned goods are gone, for goodness' sake. X_X)

Can I get your address so I can mail you food?

No. :O To send letters and stuff, yes. But, no food. My belly is getting big for some reason (heck if I know how, except due to stress and how I tend to eat as much as I can with one meal in order for it to count for the whole day, and sometimes two or three days (which don't happen often, thankfully)), and I'd like to smite it. XD

Besides, more food won't really do me any good, as I really don't do anything requiring much energy. I just like a little variety, and to not feel hungry all of the time... And some goodies every now and again. I haven't had any pizza in... I'm not sure. Maybe three months now. Probably twice that for cheesecake and borritos. XD;;

Thanks for the offer, though. We didn't get as much as I had hoped, but we (myself, at least) can make it last.

Well, you probably need to eat a little more food to exercise it off better...The more nutrients you have, the better your metabolism is...I think XD

I don't think it applies with cheap stuff. We're practically eating stuff that volunteer guinea pigs should be eating. <.<;

It applies overall, actually. Your metabolism reacts to the amount of what you put in as much as the variety. When you eat significantly less than you should, you really do metabolize it slower, no matter what it is. It's an old survival mechanism from days when living off the land and subsistence farming and so forth were the norm; if there were problems and hard times hit, the system would be able to take said hardhsips more easily by slowing down..

<__< Oops... wrong room.

Well, I have heard that in america even your water is vitaminized... :0 But your food is so expensive and full of weird chemicals.

Go natural food~.

Vitamized water probably comes in bottled water. As far as I know, water from the faucet has fluoride, which is evil. But I won't get into that.

Of course, I'd love natural food, but even some of those are unnatural... Genetically altered and all that, and/or grown in one of those places that use chemicals to make taking care of the crops more convenient and stuff. And the worst part, is that manmade food, and other food with additives and such, are cheaper and last longer in storage than natural foods do. So, someone as poor as I am, where transportation is strictly reserved, there's not much choice. We don't have the money, or the gas to make more trips for fresh fruits and veggies.
