Crossdressing at work ^_^

Postby Stellar » Tue Mar 13, 2007 8:45 pm

Definately! When I turned in my application I told my manager that I have gender issues. I dunno why really, it just came out. But she seems encouraged to have me dressed in the female taco bell uniform.

Lets see. The first week she gave me a girls Taco Bell shirt. I've been wearing a sports bra underneath that seems to not show, or no one's confronted me about it, or they just assume it's a wife beater.

Two weeks ago I went to buy slip resistant shoes. Of course I bought them from the womens section =p and actually there's two other girls that work there that have the same style shoes at me XD

Then two days ago she finally gives me my pants. Suprise ^_^ they're womens. They're alot comfier then the old black pants I was wearing previously too. So yea, I'm not completely miserable at work =)

This saturday I'm also gonna attend a meeting to get me started on becoming a shift leader.... I've not decided wether I'm happy about that or not o_o

Well, being a shift leader should add a few more cents an hour, right? Someone I know recently became a shift leader. I'm not sure what's involved, but hey, why complain about more money (I'm guessing) and having more experience under your belt? Especially if you ever decide to train to become a manager.

Yah it comes with a raise, but I already have qualifications to be an assistant manager. The only thing holding me back from that is not having my lisence or a car to drive money to and from the bank. I actually know more about Taco Bell then four assistant managers/regular managers that I've worked with which is why I hate Taco Bell so much. And these weren't new people to Taco Bell, they'd been with the company probably longer then me, but still couldn't pick up how to prepare salsa correctly or what the hold times are on tacos and tostadas. *Friggen angry!~* Blah! So experience and everything else isn't to question, its just my ability to lead and get the team to cooperate without being an evil shift leader or turning into someone that the crew doesn't like. But the english speaking half of the crew there already like me pretty well.

I still plan on putting an application in at a Game Stop that is hiring. I was there today and talked with one of the employees as I sold some of my old GCN games and if I can make up a resume and turn it in within a few days there might be promise of at least an interview.

Good luck with the Game Stop job! I hope you get it. It's got to be better than restaurant work. At least this current manager is being understanding about your issues. That's always good to hear, and must put you nominally more at ease where you are.
