She's Nandra, from Detatoko princess. Not a confirmed dryad, but... Eh. She's a foot tall and has a flower growing from her head. ;p And speaking of dryads... Anime ones are tough to find because often it's hard to tell a dryad from an elf, and since they're not depicted as having wings I rule faeries out. So it may be a while before I land on anything that seems like a dryad. Except for a few images... But I haven't found them to download again. I still curse my other, dead computer. *_*

I'd go with the second one. Because she's really a dragon. And dragons're spiffy. If you had the other pegasus rider there I might have chosen her over the second, though.
