(well, I'm not much better, but what the heck )

*as soon as the bolt strikes home, Ed gets enveloped in a blinding sheath of blue-white light. His mind is immediately bombarded by a myriad of alien sensations and strange surreal hallucinations (for a brief second, he knows what it truly is like to be the color purple). Through the pain and stranger things, Ed can almost feel his body changing, his internal organs shifting around into new positions, and a rather nasty burning sensation in his arm and leg. After what feels like several hours, but was really no longer than 5 seconds, the light goes away, leaving behind a very disoriented, and very female Ed. She's no taller than she was, but quite pretty and clearly favors her mother, and her Automail limbs have transformed into ordinary flesh and bone.*
