Bad Windstorm in Ohio

I hope you all have power and internet... Sunday Sept. 14 was a day off for me from work, and we had a very nasty windstorm due to the remnants of Hurricane Ike coming through the Ohio Valley area. Central Ohio was hit pretty hard, knocking power out, as well as cable and a lot of people still have no power.
Anyway, I have power and cable and internet, and my mom does as well....I have t get ready for my shift tommorrow so I'll talk to you all later after my bowling night.

We had water in our basement, which also happens to be my bedroom. The water is gone now.
The Illinois River is scheduled to crest at 25.7 Feet in Peoria. That's really high. I think we got over 11" of rain total this weekend. Anyway, glad you're okay.

Us down here in the Sooner State (Oklahoma) didn't get a whole lot, mostly just wind and rain. So we got off easy.
I hope things get easier fast for you guys, is all I can really say.

At least I have power and internet in Ohio. I was really lucky, er, blessed to have my electricity, cable, and all the creature comforts. There are a lot of people still left without power.

Nice...You designed it yourself? I found my new avvie from deviant art. Thay have a lot of Tokyo Mew Mew art there.

Actually, I gave the parameters to Guen and she drew and colored it for me. I just took my Erika Avvie and asked her to put Mew Mints Mew Uniform on her and I gave her some differences I wanted her to put in. I just got it sent to me yesterday.
