Mizuki is an enigmatic entity that, despite being quite opinionated, prefers to take a position of demure silence in most situations. Thought of as a 'shadow' by many, she has a tendency to wander and never stays in one place for very long. It is not unusual for her to utterly disappear or be called away by one of her many 'associates' in the middle of conversations, for example. Though her behavior can be intimidating or simply irritating, any unpleasantness can typically be attributed to flightiness rather than outright rudeness. As is typical of the residents of MSF, she has a strong affinity for chaos and change. Given this, it's rather natural that her concept of 'fun' often involves toying with the physical forms, minds, and life situations of those she encounters. Generally speaking, though, she tends to remain calm and cordial, if a bit distant. She is overtly kind to those she enjoys the company of.
In terms of power, she possesses an uncanny ability to predict an obscenely large number of the most relevant outcomes to a situation. Of these outcomes, she is able to choose whichever she prefers and pursue them, oftentimes succeeding and making them reality. In addition, it is extremely difficult to prevent any happenstance that she has decided upon, but this does not mean that her choices are certain. This does, however, explain why she prefers to keep her motives secret until the chance of her failure is astronomically slim: the fewer there are who are aware of her goals, the fewer there are to resist her. Seeing as she has a certain distaste for the use of blunt force, she will use any means necessary to maintain stealth in all of her endeavors.
Like some Goddesses have strong control over life and death, Mizuki has a powerful influence over cognition and reasoning. This means that she can directly manipulate the thoughts of some unsuspecting humans and, at times, some spirits and demons as well. Her ability to silently coax others into fulfilling her goals is well-refined after her many years of life, and with the ability she has been known to bring about outcomes that would have been virtually impossible without her intervention. Mizuki has been referred to by many names and associated with many different forms, but the one featured above is the one she has been most partial to in recent days. Her most common name is 'The Witch of Perfection and Absolution', but her real reason for having claim to this title is due to her knowledge of the absurdity of these concepts.
With all of this known, her abilities are still shrouded in a veil of mystery, and her motives are similarly unclear to those who don't know her well. Each of these things are confused further by the human propensity to gossip. It is known for certain, though, that she enjoys white tea and artistry. It is also known that she despises boredom and redundancies.
Mizuki will favor those who learn from their mistakes and punish those who she deems unfit to exist. She does, however, have a moral obligation to remain civil with offenders when in the presence of those she deems innocent.

Keiko Sato(Formerly this boy.)
Age: 18-19 (Mental) 14-15 (Physical)
Species: Catgirl (formerly human)
Gender: Female
Theme: ~Hurry Starfish~ from Clannad
Once upon a time, Keiko Sato was a boy named Kenji Sato who found MSF early in the October of 2012. As most are when they first arrive, he was dumbfounded that forms and mentality could be toyed with so easily where he'd wound up, and was quite distraught over the whole affair. His life had been going rather smoothly before that; the door that brought him to MSF, incidentally, was meant to bring him one step closer to his college. But instead, it landed him here... and based on what you've already seen, it's quite obvious that he didn't stay Kenji for very long once he arrived.
Only a single day after his arrival, Kenji was nearly burned to death by Blaze, and his clothes were singed. She was kind enough, however, to give Kenji a change of clothes... but this is where the story takes a quite the turn. Whilst in the changing room that he was meant to don his new attire in, he ran across a dress. Needless to say, this was no ordinary dress; it was floating, and it extended its hand to Kenji. Soon after, Kenji realized that the dress in question had feelings, and most importantly, that it was lonely... just as he was at the time. So the boy swallowed his pride and agreed to wear the dress. A kind decision, perhaps... but for better or for worse, an undeniably life changing one. After that, he began to change, leaving him as the catgirl we see today.
Not long after, the newly created catgirl and her apparently sentient dress left the dressing room. After this, Saiko, the dress, and Kenji began to bond. Not only with each other; they began to bond with Blaze as well. It didn't take very long for Saiko, along with Kenji's own desires for subservience, to get the better of him. These thoughts did not consume him, but they changed him forever. Enough so that she soon began to call herself 'Keiko', and nearly everyone around her 'master' or 'mistress', starting with Blaze. Still, Keiko certainly isn't suffering as the maid she is now. In fact, whenever she's able to help, or simply be near to Blaze, Josie, Cleio, and others, her face lights up, and her mood lifts. Her new 'profession' gives her many joys, joys that Keiko, with most of her old self intact, openly accepts.
Keiko could be somewhat snobby and reserved as a male, but as a female, she's very spirited, especially when it comes to helping everyone. She's always willing to give a smile to anyone who needs one, and she's never alone; Saiko is always with her and gives her constant support to this day. The only time they're ever separated is when Saiko needs to be washed, which isn't often considering her magical qualities. All in all, Keiko is a perky, outgoing, and gentle maid who is very eager to please. She has changed recently, especially where her affection is concerned, but perhaps those feelings were hers all along? None can say for sure... but regardless, Keiko is extremely happy by all accounts.
