The Exorcists:

A group of specialists dedicated to fighting the dark side of the supernatural. Founded by Blaze and Jean, they have garnered a reputation as both private investigator and experts in the supernatural. Blaze came to Muffinville first to see if it was what the rumors said it was. It was, and he totally meant to call the others, but one thing lead to another and he never got around to it. The others came and kicked his ass. They then made up, got drunk and now operate out of Blaze's portable office.

They all utilise the Sylladex system invented by Blaze, mostly so they can carry the stuff they use in their jobs in their Strife Deck and use their Captchalogue Deck as a general inventory.
Each member is equal and no one out ranks the other. During an investigation, the one with the most experience in what they're dealing with my take the lead but every member has an equal say in what the group does.

Recently, Julia Kovacs, Kazuya and Usagi Hasano has joined the Exorcists.

Name: Blaze (not her real name)

Personality: Pretty easygoing despite hes job, but when she's on a case, she can get serious. Mostly gets along with everyone.

Bio: Came from a rich family of exorcists who specialised in using technology and special bullets rather then traditional method. They didn't care about the "how" or "why" when it came to spirits, demons and the like, only caring about the most efficent way to destroy them. In that respect, Blaze was different, doing his best to understand why. As such, he was shunned by his siblings and recieved the bare minimum of training. In an effort to become as skilled as possible, he learned how to craft his own bullets and weapons and researched more traditional methods of exorcism. Eventually, became equal to her siblings on his own. However, his family still shunned him for being "a weirdo." Disgusted, he stole a substantial amount of money from them (somewhere in the 9 number figure), cast away his name, took the psuedonym "Blaze" and became a renowned exorcist on his own.

His hand got amputated after the Blueberry Cup by Caprice and replaces with Alex, a Violet hand puppet. Blaze felt it was cruel to leave her like that and went to Dichotomy to wish that Alex was her own person, seperate from him. She granted the wish, giving Alex his body and turning Alex into the above and putting Blaze in that body!

Recently, Blaze has gotten into a relationship with Mia the catgirl. A pair of magic earring have bonded their souls and granted Blaze a catgirl form.

Blaze serves as the long to mid-range fighter of the Exorcists as well as the tactitan, using various guns with special ammo to fight and coming up with stratigies that combine everyone's skills She is also the primary information gatherer of the Exorcists, being a very thorough researcher and a skilled interrogator. She has no area of expertise when it comes to dealing with the paraanormal and can handily fill in for any of the others. She enjoys tinkering with things and lively debate with others, but she is still uneasy with the fact that she is female now.

Arsenal/Abilities:
Firearms: Blaze uses almost every firearm invented by man and some she invented herself.
Explosives: She also has many types of explosives and explosive materials.
Hellanic Gunsabre: A weapon consisting of a sabre blade extending from an automatic handgun's handle. Has different powers based on what kind of magic ammo loaded into it.
Rail Gun: Blaze uses a rail gun that she made herself. It fires bullets via electromagnetism rather than explosives.
Antimatter: Blaze uses antimatter annihilations as a last resort. Where does she get the antimatter? She won't say...
Flight: Those wings aren't for show...

Personality: Sweet and naive, but with a fiery temper.

Bio: Jean was left on the doorstep of the Covenant of the Sacred Lady Jeanne d'Arc on the Vosges Mountains in France. The nuns there practiced the art of exorcism and holy magic so that they could assist in the fight against the Antichrist. Jean was raised in the covenant all her life with little encounter with the outside, leaving her very clueless about the outside world. She grew tired of this and wanted to leave. One day, Blaze showed up asking about holy magic. The nuns were impressed with his desire to learn and started teaching him. In that time, he and Jean got to talking, and their conversations lead to forming a team of experts in the matter of the supernatural. Sadly, the name they wanted was copyrighted so they called themselves the Exorcists. Ultimately, Blaze realised he didn’t have any real skill at magic and decided to leave. Jean asked if she could leave with him. There was a big hubbub when all the older nuns jumped to the wrong conclusion. Faces were slapped; “whore” was cried until they managed to calm them down. The nuns allowed Jean to leave and thus the Exorcists were formed!

Recently, Jean got involved in a game with Whatevr and gained the above form, and an overdrive form that looks like this. This was replace by the above form and another overdrive form which is less power-consuming.

Jean serves as the healer and close to mid-range fighter in combat, using her bladed rosaries and holy prayers to deal damage as well as heal. With holy prayers, not the bladed rosaries. She also specialises in exorcising spirits bound to a certain location. She enjoys singing and recording the world, which is why she keeps a camera and tape recorder with her at all times.

Arsenal/Abilities:
Bladed Rosaries: These are Jean's weapons of choice. They are rosaries with a crucifix on the ends. The crucifixes have double-edged blades that extend from the arms and the base.

Psalms: A set of six small rosaries. Three are wielded in each hand. These are mainly used for binding as the strings are very strong.
Judges: A set of two rosaries. Jean's most common weapons, average in all areas.
Leviticus: A single larger, more aerodynamic rosary. It is wielded two-handed.
Revelations: A gigantic rosary with a crucifix with the exact proportions of the True Cross. Used to take down bigger enemies.

Seraphim: What appears to be a simple crucifix is a holy weapon that bladed chains of holy magic come out of when Jean pours holy magic into it. Bought from Raleigh
Death of a Thousand Paper Cuts: A Bible with pages that fly off and attack and defend based on Jean's will. Made with the Alchemiter.
Holy Magic: Jean uses holy magics to heal or to attack.

Name: Lucy (formerly known as Luipada.)

Personality: A shy, withdrawn but rather sweet girl.

Bio: A street orphan on the streets of Gangtok, the capital of the Indian state Sikkim, Luipada was taken in by Rumtek Monastery, a Tibetan Buddhist monastery. He worked hard, focusing on exorcism, learning the various sutra’s. He also learned several languages, including Sanskrit and Ancient Greek. Eventually, he left the monastery and travelled the world, learning magic and incorporating it into his exorcism techniques. He ran into Blaze and Jean in a bar in England. Unfortunately, Blaze had been introducing Jean to proper alcohol and she made an inappropriate comment to Luipada involving Buddha, laxatives and a weight loss program. A fight ensued, resulting in one destroyed bar and five people in hospital. Afterwards, Luipada joined the Exorcists.

He was attacked by a group of demons who cursed him, transforming him into the hald-demon girl above. They had hoped to make her weak so a demon hunter would destroy her, but they had also destroyed her moral compass. Only her shyness prevents her from embracing her demon side. She now has no problems with taking lives, but she only does it when her own is in danger.

She has recently become good friends with Merah, and as a show of support, attends school with her. This revealed the enormous gap in her education, which she vows to correct.

She purchased a magical outfit from Rosetta. It's base form is seen above, but inside the sleeve are symbols of a flower, a yellow sun, an orange leaf and a snowflake. Rubbing them allows Lucy to switch to her spring, summer, autumn and winter forms.

Lucy is primarily a long range fighter and doubles as a scout, using wind magic to fight from a distance and shadow magic to pin an enemy with kila and using her flight capabilities to examine the terrain and enemies beforehand. She tries not to get involved in the Exorcist's antics and will usually help sort any problems out after said antics. When she was a monk, she didn't have much hobbies besides exploring. She still has that travel itch but has found that fashion and making clothing to be quite enjoyable and frequently makes her own clothes. She specialises is banishing spirits from a persons body using incense and the sounds from her shakujo.

Arsenal/Abilities:
Fan Shakujo: A metal bo staff covered in bells and rings. It splits into a fan at each end. It also splits into the middle to become two tonfa that also can split into fans. Made with the alchemiter
Kila: Ritual knives typically used in exorcisms to pin down demons or negative energies. Lucy can use them to pin a person's shadow, keeping them from moving.
Wind Manipulation: Lucy can manipulate the wind very easily. All she needs is to cause some shift in it by making noise.
High Physical Strength: because she is a half-demon, Lucy i much stronger than a normal human.
Flight: Her wings aren't for show either.

Name: Okuni

Age: Ask and she’ll slap you.

Occupation: Miko, Exorcist.

Personality: Formal and blunt with her words, but a caring side deep down.

Bio: The shrine maiden of a small Shinto shrine in Hokkaido Japan, Okuni gained a reputation as an excellent exorcist, who used her pure chi to banish evil spirits and demons. The Exorcists learned of the skilled exorcist and went to Japan to recruit her. When they arrived, Blaze assumed that it was the head priest that had the reputation and asked Okuni where he was, saying they had heard that he was the skilled exorcist. Okuni hit him with the broom she had been sweeping with and informed him that it was her that was the skilled exorcist. They asked if she would come with them and she flatly refuses on the grounds that the head priest of the shrine was unwell and couldn’t manage shrine duties without her. Jean healed the priest, only to learn the priest had been poisoned by a group of locals who wanted to take over the shrine, the doctor among them to falsify the diagnosis. They kicked the group’s ass and the priest recovered, allowing Okuni to leave with the Exorcists.

Recently, she went on a date with Cataclysm who took her to a cloathing shop were she got some new clothes and her hair dyed. She also bought a pipe fox spirit and named it Hanamarui, (the weasel-like thing in the above picture.) It seems Cataclysm is nudging her onto the path of evil for his own purposes, and from the looks of things, he's succeeding... only to die and leave Okuni his heart. Taking his parting words to heart, (no pun intended,) Okuni vows to expose Cataclysm's heart to as much negative emotion as possible in the hopes of bringing him back.

Due to Cataclysm's meddling, Natasha sees he and Okuni as her parents. Okuni is a bit nervous at the prospect at being a mother, but is trying her best.

Okuni is both a long range and close range fighter, using Ken-Yumi Ryuu (Blade-Bow Style,) to fight. This requires a ken-yumi, a longbow-dual swords hybrid. In the bow form, the ken-yumi is simply a yumiand functions as such, but in the sword form, the limbs of the bow are pulled apart at the middle into two swords. The handle for one is the sheath of the other and the handle and blade are the same length. The handles are still connected by the bowstring. She specialises in the destruction of evil spirits and demons, using her pure chi to slay them and ofuda (paper charms) to supress them. She likes to do ink paintings, but doesn't place much value in her drawings, believing them to be of poor quality.

Arsenal/Abilities:
Ken-Yumi: Okuni uses these strange weapons at long and close range. They are bows at first glance that have uniformly curved limbs, strange for a Japanese bow, but the reason becomes clear when they are separated into two swords at the middle. The blades are thin and slightly off-center so they can slide into the sheath located on the other handle. However, they are extremely unwieldy as swords so she rarely uses them in that form.
Throwing Arrows: Instead, Okuni simply throws the arrows at close range with extreme precision.
Chi Manipulation: She can use her pure chi to exorcise spirits and charge her arrows for more power and the ability to manipulate them in mid-flight.
Yumi Charm: A charm in the shape of a bow and arrow. When chi is poured into it, it forms a ken-yumi made from chi. Made with the alchemiter.

Name: Logos

Bio: A complete mystery. The Exorcists learned of a Taoist who was also a master martial artist living on a mountain in northern China. They went to the mountain and asked the old man there to join them. The old man decided to join them if they passed a test. Said test involved him taking on all four of them and fighting them to a draw. Exactly what he was testing for is unknown, but he apparently found it as he agreed to join the Exorcists. Even now, they don't know why he did it.

After picking up the sword in the above picture created by Nikkou he became the lovely young woman you see. In this form, he's not as strong but he has the vigor of youth, sword skills and far greater spiritual powers and decided to keep it. And since that pic makes it hard to tell, her complete outfit is this.

She has recently gotten a job as Raleigh's butler, being paid in advanced martial arts techniques. She has been taught elemental manipulation and recently, she got a wolf augmentation from him, causing her to grow wolf ears and a wolf tail covered in red fur, as well as boosting her physical prowess

Logos is a close range fighter and teacher. She teaches the Exorcists various fighting skills and revels in being a cruel teacher. Her primary weapons are her Gōng​zuò​rén​yuán Wàn Guǐ (Staff of Ten Thousand Ghosts,) a bo staff with may spirits inside that Logos can command and the sword that Nikkou gave her with demon-banishing properties. However, she carries several other weapons as well as being a master of many martial arts makes her lethal even when unarmed. She directly intervenes in the Exorcists antics before they begin, usually in the form of beatings. She specializes in dealing with nature spirits. She likes to relax as well as her food and drink, being a bit of an alcohol connoisseur as well as massages and hot springs.

Arsenal/Abilities:
Demon Exorcising Sword: The red sword received from Nikkou and turned Logos into a young woman has demon banishing powers.
Gōng​zuò​rén​yuán Wàn Guǐ (Staff of Ten Thousand Ghosts): A bo staff that contains a multitude of spirits captured by Logos. She can summon them to fight alongside her.
Multitude of Weapons: Logos stocks her Specibus with various kinds of weapons to use in battle.
Spiritual Powers: Logos's spiritual powers, which manifests as purple spectral flames, can be used in combat.
Ghost Slime Gloves: A pair of gloves that manifest two ectoplasmic hands that can be manipulated independent of herself. They have greater strength than Logos, allowing them to wield bigger weapons one handed. Made with the alchemiter.
Elemental Manipulation: Logos can manipulate the elements thanks to Raleigh's tutelage.
Wolf Senses: Thanks to the wolf augmentation, Logos have heightened senses of smell and hearing, as well as pack instincts.

Personality: A ditz who loves candy and tomapples.

Bio: Alex's life began as a sentient hand puppet where Blaze's right hand used to be until Caprice took it off with a chainsaw. Alex was the substitute. THey had fun as a duo for a while, but Blaze thought it was cruel that Alex was stuck to him all her life so he decided to give her one of her own. He went to Dichotomy and asked her to make Alex a person seperate from him. She complied and put Alex in Blaze's body, made Alex human and put Blaze in her body! Alex doesn't mind the gender change though.

While at a picnic Rowan had set up, Alex got a bit drunk and drank some Tomapple juice. Since she was already a ditz, it just turned her into a girl again. Blaze's original body is gone forever.

She has recently started the Three Must-Get-Heres, a group of adolescent heroes consisting of herself, Bostwick and Mia.

She was made the Santa for 2010 with a Santa form.

Alex is pretty much your typical Violet girl. She goes around, defying the laws of the universe, getting into trouble and coming out of it squeaky clean. Blaze usually spends her time trying to prevent this. She does not use a Sylladex as Blaze can't trust her with one. She'll probably end up breaking stuff by ejecting items by mistake.

Abilites/Arsenal:
Multi-Purpose Laser:Alex wields a gigantic laser given to her by Felina when she was a puppet. It has several settings based on what mood Alex is.
Ninja Skills: Alex has been learning some ninja abilities from Mendo. So far, she knows Shadow Clone Jutsu and Fireball Jutsu.

Strife Specibi:
Blaze doesn't trust Alex with a Sylladex, so she doesn't have one.

Name: Felix the Catboy

Age: 19

Occupation: Francesca's go-to guy.

Personality: Brash, cocky and rather rude.

Bio: Felix was created when Blaze ate a Splitting Cookie, splitting a male Blaze from herself to deal with Francesca's feelings for her in a way that everyone was happy. Francesca turned the male Blaze into a catboy and regressed him a few years. He took the name Felix and works as Francesca's assistant. As a result of the regression, he acts more like Blaze did at that age, rather arrogant and full of himself. He and Francesca are in a relationship.

He has started practicing with a kodachi, hoping to work his way to quad-wielding four of the short swords. He has recently succeeded, weilding a sword in each hand, one between his neck and chest and one in his tail. The swords are stored in a cross-shaped sheath on his back

Felix combines his Four-Sword style with throwing weapons to overwhelm his opponent while he rushes in for the kill with his swords. He has begun naming his special abilities.

Abilities/Arsenal:
Full House: Felix has four magic swords purchased from Raleigh based on the four suits in playing cards.

Ace of Spades: A plain black short sword with a spades symbol as the pommel. Causes intense fear in others when energy is channeled into it.
Two of Hearts: A red kodachi-length sakabato. The blunt side heals anyone who is struck by it.
Three of Clubs: A black scimitar with a white edge. Can create two perfect copies of the wielder.
Four of Diamonds: A red diamond sword with a rose colored blade. Causes those cut by it to slowly crystallize. When fully covered, they can be shattered, or turned into a woman.

Minor Arcana: A second set of four swords also purchased from Raleigh. Based on cards from the Minor Arcana of Tarot decks.

Page of Pentacles: A gold-colored gladius. Increases in power the more money the wielder has on them.
Knight of Sword: A broadsword with an airy pattern on the blade. Decreases in power the longer a fight goes on.
Queen of Cups: A blue colichemarde with a cup as the pommel. Buffs any allies the wielder fights with.
King of Wands: A flambarge with a red blade and a wooden handle. Increases in power the more determined the wielder is

Throwing Weapons: Felix stores various things in his coat for launching at his enemy during battle.
Combat Flasks: Felix carries flasks filled with various substances like highly magnetized iron powder to liquid nitrogen.
Razor Wire: Felix ties razor wire to the handles of his weapons for expanded options in combat.
Menacing Drill: Felix's first named attack. A spinning attack using any number of swords.
Terrifying Spiral: An upgraded version of Menacing Drill. Uses razor wire on the handles of the swords to extend the range.
Severing Slashes in Sequence: A three-stage iaijutsu attack, drawing and slashing with each hand first, then the tail.

Since Felix has the coat Blaze used to have, he doesn't use a Sylladex, insisting the coat is 'manlier.'

Name: Nova

Occupation: Servant to the Hasano family.

Personality: Shy, withdrawn and loyal.

Bio: Nova was created when Blaze was transformed into a zombie that became loyal to anyone who turned a key embedded into her head. Konoko turned it and turned her into a foxgirl. Later, Konoko fed her a Splitting Cookie, separating Blaze and Nova. She then took Nova in as a servant.

Nova is a skilled fighter, capable of wielding scythes and axes many times her size. She can also create and manipulate blue flames. Her shyness stems from Blaze being the same when she was Nova's age.

Arsenal/Abilities:
Nebula: Nova's scythe. Large and sharp. Can be shrunken down.
Blue Flames: Nova can generate and shoot blue fire.
Flare Wheel: Nova spins her staff, coating it in fire before hurling it at the enemy.
Pulsar Kick: Nova shoots flames from her hand, shooting her towards the enemy to kick them, creating a burst of fire upon impact.

Strife Specibi:
Nova does not use Strife Specibi either.

Name: Fimbulvetr the Unrelenting (Thimble to her friends)

Occupation: World-Conquerer, CEO of Niflheim Industries

Bio: Little is known about Fimbulvetr. She showed up one day in Muffinville in a city-sized tank and tried to conquer it. She commands an army of steam robots and is a specialist in warfare. She seems to be some kind of demon and uses an old fashioned shotgun with various shells that can either kill or transform.

Arsenal/Abilities:
Sandraudiga: Fimbulvetr's shotgun. Incredibly powerful and versatile based on what shell is loaded into it.
Hildr: Fimbulvetr's massive tank.
Runic Shells: Fimbulvetr uses shotgun shells with magic runes on them for various effects.

Exorcist's Office Layout

Outdoors: The Exorcist's office is located in the back alleys of Muffinville, in a wide area where five alleys intersect. Despite this the area is clean and bright with cobbled stone ground, a skylight above it and twelve separate gardens arranged in three, quartered circles separated by paths that go between them. They are lovingly tended to by Lucy and are filled with plants from around the world, all in bloom out of season thanks to carefully mantained soil and sunlight allowed to shine on them thanks to the automated skylight. They surround a pedestal at the center with what looks like a well-made doll house on it. The doll house is the office of the Exorcists. Opening the door of the office causes you to shrink down and enter it!

Entrance/Living Room: Upon being shrunk down, you are pulled into the living room. The floor is carpeted with blue carpet and the walls are painted cream. A couple of book shelves stand along the walls to the right and to the left there is an arch that leads down a hallway. In the center is a bunch of cushy chairs and couches surrounding a coffee table. At the far wall is a flat-screen TV on the wall and a spiral staircase leading up and down.

Office: Going up the spiral staircase leads to the office proper. The room is done in the same style as the living room below. The staircase comes up to the center of a pentagonal room. At one wall, there are rows of filing cabinets. At the second is a large computer terminal that monitors Muffinville for abnormal levels of various energies. Along a third is several framed newspaper articles detailing the Exorcist's past exploits. At the fourth is a small kitchenette with a microwave, a fridge and a well used electric kettle with various teas and coffees around it. Along the fifth is a large desk covered in paperwork.

Hallway: Going through the arch in the living room leads to a hallway with five doors, two on one side, three on the other. At the far end is another arch leading to the kitchen. Each door leads to one of the Exorcist's bedrooms. Each bedroom has a walk in closet and an en suite bathroom.

Blaze's Bedroom: Blaze's room has a queen-sized bed in one corner that she and Alex share. In another computer is a high-end custom made computer that is always left on. The walls are covered in pictures of Blaze (back when she was male) with several people she has met back in her world. The closet is full of clothes for both sexes and for all ages so she will be prepared in the event of a TF. The place is in constant disarray due to a combination of Blaze's untidyness and Alex's Violetness.

Jean's Bedroom: Jean's bedroom has a queen-sized bed as well. At one wall is a small Catholic altar with the typical crucifix hanging over it and several candles burning around it. hanging on one wall is one of her old habits with several farewell messages written on it from the nuns at her nunnery. The room is very tidy and always smells of candle wax.

Lucy's Room: Lucy's room has a white carpet with pink and white striped walls. Her room has two double beds, one for her and one for Bostwick. Okuni's Room: Okuni's room is rather sparse, with a single bed A small shrine to her mother stands in one corner with the arrow Okuni used to first slay a demon resting before it. A couple of pictures of herself and Cataclysm hang on the wall. A small bookshelf is full of notebooks filled with ink paintings Okuni drew.

Logos's Room: Nobody has ever been inside Logos's room, but if they had entered, they would see an uncarpeted room with a single bed. The walls are covered in weapons of various sizes and from various countries. At one wall is a shelf and a fridge, all containing various kinds of alcohol, most of it rare or expensive. Her bathroom contains a hot spring unlike the others.

Kitchen: The kitchen is a large area with blue and white checkered floor and a circular table with seven chairs. The cupboards are well stocked and the over is high end with a stool in front of it so Lucy can reach the range. The fridge is stocked with food and drink and there is a walk in freezer.

Training Rooms: If you go down the spiral staircase, you reach a dojo, done in the traditional style, though the staircase goes further down. It clearly sees a lot of use considering the cracks in the wall and floor. A set of sliding doors to the left leads to a target range. Another set to the right leads to an Olympic sized swimming pool. Through a set of sliding doors at the back is the armory, filled with the tools the Exorcists use in their job. Things like weapons, charms, holy water, ofuda, incense, etc.

Maintainence Area: This area is metallic gray and contains the computers that maintain the automated defenses, garden sprinklers and skylight. It also has several water pipes and fuse boxes.

It also has the laundry area with a chute leading down from each bedroom.

Fusion Forms

Recently, the Exorcists obtained a set of two bracelets. Originally designed to pull foreign spirits from their host bodies, they discovered they could use them to meld their souls and bodies into a new, more powerful form. The new forms have the abilities and some of the personality traits of the two people who create it.

Blazean: Blaze/Jean fusion. Uses holy twin handguns along with holy magic and gymnastics in combat. Is rather upbeat like Jean, but retains Blaze's snarkyness.

Blucy: Blaze/Lucy fusion. Uses Lucy's wind magic only, but is more aggressive due to Blaze's influence. Can be rather arrogant and cruel, but not unnecessarily so.

Blazuni: Blaze/Okuni fusion. Uses the twin blades shown, which can shapeshift into bows, guns and chainsaws. Is a bit grumpy but means well

Logaze: Blaze/Logos fusion. The massive sword shown can shapeshift into guns. Is battle-thirsty, but also very pragmatic when it comes to combat.

Lucean: Jean/Lucy Fusion. Uses wind powers with holy magic. Is very energetic and mischevious.

Jekuni: Jean/Okuni fusion. Uses holy power with swordsmanship. Dead serious in combat, motherly in everything else

Logean: Jean/Logos fusion. Uses holy magic to augment physical abilities. Isn't very talkative, and what she does say is usually prayers

Okucy: Lucy/Okuni fusion. Uses wind magic with three-sword style as well as to launch arrows without a bow. Very negative and hates being treated like a child and will lash out when she is.

Lugos: Lucy/Logos fusion: Uses wind to attack with multiple swords at once. Knowledgeable about the world and not afraid to show it

Lokuni: Okuni/Logos fusion: Uses only a combination of chi and spiritual energy in combat to dangerous effect. Completely serious and deadpan in all situations.
