The glass exists. The state of matter inside the glass is irrevelant.

I say half full. It can't be half empty if there's still something in it. By the nature of the word empty being containing nothing, containing something would mean it wouldn't be empty. Sophia solves the problem with the power of language! Hi-Five!

Oh, and feel free to challenge my excuse.

That I will.
See, by saying 'nothing' is in the glass, you are t echnically saying that something is in the glass.
I'll pull the same thing you did, you used 'nothing' as a noun, therefore, by logic, nothing is something, which means that psychology is only existant because people are naturally mentally unstable, just some people are less than others. (i.e., Karm, Nikkou)
By mentally unstable, I mean the more stable you are, the more you tend to think for yourself, and follow little to no rules of logic itself.(FTW)
Are you going insane, or going sane in a crazy world?
Top that!
Or don't, it doesn't matter much....

Very interesting concepts.

But you're all wrong.

Because I'm right.

Words mean nothing more than identifying definitions. So I can call that glass anything that I want. I can deny its very existence, which I have. Out of sight, ouf of mind; out of mind, out of perception; out of perception, out of existence. Nothing exists unless I say it does. Which I'll conclude once I have experienced one of the several methods in which a human can sense something.

Or we can just say that everything we say about that glass is true because, perceptionally, we're correct. It's just a matter of defining something by the state that you see it in, whether with your eyes or your mind.

Okay, Nikkou. Then, goin' by your logic of perspective determining a person's reality, then I can say that I deny the existence of your theory and it won't exist to me. Or will my using of the theory mean that I awknowledge it's existence and it exists?

It's called a paradox. The essence of life. Cherish it as I have. :3

The state of filling that the glass has is based on our subjective perception of reality. Who are we to tell whether the glass is full, empty, half-full, half-empty or for that matter a glass at all? We can merely express our opinion about any specific glass depending on how we percieve it.

SweetSophia is pretty much right.

Math doesnt have paradoxes becouse is abstract and absolute... so...

x/2 exists in positive natural numbers only if x is non negative nor zero.

The glass is half full.
