Most ice cream has added sugar.
Actually, there's just a few things that I'm supposed to avoid. Non-Diet Sodas, Gatorade (Yup. Has 18 g of sugar, I think.), and, basically, just to shorten the post a bit, anything that has 13 grams of sugar or more. Below that is fine, although it still affects me.
The wind is coming, and it tells a story more often silenced than not.
