I drink tea but I quickly destroy any health benefits it contains by adding milk and sugar to it, I've also been drinking coffee but I save that for work really.
In fact, I drink just about anything really: energy drinks with stupid names, milk, milkshakes, shaken milk and alcohol, so long as it isn't gin, I don't really like the idea of drinking something that tastes like freshly cut crass. If we're going with what I drink most, I'd say water and not the kind that comes out of bottles either, it's just repackaged tap water.
