Ah, I see...

...

I could teach you how to play! And not just how to play one random song, cause that's not playing a guitar. XD;

Silliness aside.

Honestly, I had to take two years of guitar in high school to become proficient at all, but my teacher was AMAZINGLY good. Great guy too, kinda wish I could've taken some more guitar with him, but alas, college intervened. ;_;

Damned college.
Hmm... maybe you could email me some instructions. My email's on my profile or below, if you'd be so kind.

Nice avatar, by the way.

Mayhaps. I'll have to check the internet to see if there's a few helpful self teaching pages. I'm sure those would be helpful, rather than those stupid tab sites. Those are about as worthless as you can get.

Thanks for the compliment for the avatar. The actual character's name is Haseo and he's from .Hack/ROOTS and the .Hack/G.U. games. He fits the actual character description for mah main character Helel fairly well. :O

Played tenor saxophone in middle school. I don't count that since I don't know how to play any more (I hocked the thing. Big mistake)

Now I sing. I'm more of a choir person than a soloist, but I've been known to do some trios and quartets as well. Technically, I'm a baritone, but I always do the bass parts.

I've practiced it a lot, and here soon I will actually have my schedule set to perform in the choir in Handel's Messiah. It's 3 hours long, and that's the "edited for time" version.

Vocalist for 11 years or so in various school and out of school choirs, and now I'm working my way through beginner's guitar lessons.

Heh, I remember Handel's....my high school choir and orchestra combined forces every year. We also did Mozart's Requiem and Orf's Carmina Buirana ((that last one is spelled wrong))

Carmina Burana kicks serious hindquarters. So does Requiem. I have yet to find anything locally that performs either, but if I do I will join them before the drop of a hat.
