I didn't know fried lobster tails existed.... At least not that style. I know my brother visited a friend's family in New England while in college, where apparently lobster is commoinly served in breaded and fried nuggets. Odd, that. We don't get that sort of thing in these non-coastal cities.

Ok:

You take the lobster tail and dip it in milk and dredge it in flour.

Then you fry it up.

Then pull it out and bake it off to finish cooking it.

And yes, it is funny how much food changes depending on where you live.

Yeah, in my area we only ever get the conventional boiled lobster tails, pretty much. I assume you take it out of the shell before frying it?

Yes, otherwise it would be very crunchy to eat hehe.

Its hard to find fried lobster tails in my part of NJ, we need to cook them up ourselves.

I like the coast very much ^.^
Someone once said to me that if the water level really will rise due global warming, my hometown will be near the coast XD
But seafood isn't exactly, what pleases my tongue. There are too many dolphines dieing in fisher nets anyway.
Beware: I own a (magical) pointy stick

Just believe it.

I don't know what I'd do if I moved somewhere that didn't have beautiful lakes and beaches to swim at. Bodysurfing in 8 foot tall waves is amazing, and a few of the waves that I've bungled felt almost as if they could break my back when they crashed down on me.

Oh, my bad. I guess it has been a while since I've played any games. <.<

But... I have an addition! It seems that I also have a bit of Native American heritage, from the Blackfoot tribe. :O

Feh, sports... so trivial... I'm just spying here, when I return to Chicago I will be like Odysseus, Aeneas, Orpheus, etc... returning from the fiery abyss to speak of its miseries and warning my people to steer clear :P
