I don't really understand what you mean, because of how you asked it.
Other than not needing to find a partner for conception, or another forcing conception, not much else would change. Well, except for a few things:
1: If asexual humans were to become a minority (and, in particular, if they were ostracized), I'm sure differences in culture would begin to develop. There're bound to be differences, much of which most people do already; I just don't know if there would be any particular direction that would be found as more favorable as far as development goes.
2: One plus one will equal two instead of three. ;p (Asexual reproduction makes sense mathematically! XD)
3: No menstruation and no menopause, both of which can greatly influence someone's day-to-day life (usually having to accommodate for rather than receiving benefits from).
4: The baby, in the womb, shouldn't be treated as a foreign object to the mother's body. I don't know if that would make any real difference, but I like the idea.
