Well, the question is simple enough.

Forum Wide Event, would you participate? I'm not talking about a thread in the event room, what I'm cooking up will be an event that interacts with the whole forum (or most of it) and will even have a prize at the end (a real, put your hands on it prize)

I would, but I'd have to see how active I could be. I'd wait and see. If it looks like I'm gonna be to swamped to come in, I'd have to pass. But if I was available, sure why not.

I would wait to see as well. I mean, there's no use in participating in something that I can't do, or at least can't do well. Then there's the issue with being able to concentrate on something spread out all over the place; my attention span and concentration are lacking and too many different things in too many different places is too much for me to keep up with. I have a hard enough time getting involved with things now, with what I've currently got on my mind.

hrm...some details...well, its gonna be a mystery game of sorts, with clues to follow, riddles to solve, stuffu like that.

I'd have to find out more about it first. I can't spend all day every day sitting at the computer, after all, so if this event would require loads of internet time devoted to it, I'd have to decline. Reality does invade for long stertches of time at least a few days a week, discounting work.

Guen: it will involve time at the forum, yes. it won't be something you can do away from the forum like the story contest. Obviously more time devoted to the forum will probably increase your chances, but it won't be necessary.

more than anything this will be a for fun thing. I'll probably do a sign up for the prize related part of it, to make it easier. It will be an event where everyone can have fun though, as the main part.

I vote to do it. I come from boards where the overall activity spanned multiple sub-forums and even some other sites that were part of our network entirely in order to be active in massive rp-type events. Plus I love puzzle/mystery games. Just let me know when it starts and I will do what I can to participate.

I probably would, depending on what it is and if I have time for it, I'm starting school again in a few weeks *shudder*.
