Medium-well for me. Not dry, but cooked through. I don't like pink meat.... A touch is okay, but more than that, no thanks.

Seems I was too tired to vote when I made this. I think I'll go with medium-well. Not much pink, if any, but not dry and charcoaled, either. Whenever I actually eat out I tend to get that, but around here... One person cooks them medium-rare and the other very well-done. It makes me cry.

Depends on the meat in question, seeing in how some meats and cuts you HAVE to cook all the way through, while for others it's best to preserve the flavor by not charcoaling the meat. On average though, I'd say medium-well.

I used to order Well Done because my mother was a worry wart. Then Medium-Well. Now I'm down to Medium and I think I'll stay here. Its nice and juicy and hot and tastey

I am going with well-done. I hate the soggy sensation of pink and lighter meat. Also i have never fully understood the view that the taste is in the juices, i tend to find that meat that is well-done is more flavorful than red or pink meat. And no i don't mean charred meat, i mean meat that is done to such a degree that there is no pinkness in it and doesn't wash my mouth in meat juices.
Of course i am weird when it comes to meat. I never understood the view that flavor is in the fat either, i find fat to taste of nothing and having a texture so nasty that i feel sick when i accidentally fail to remove it from the meat before eating it. Still i stand by my view that i would rather have charred than red meat.

Medium-rare. :D I started out way back with prefering pretty well-done, but I started trying it less and less done... and now this is how I like it~ And occassionally rare, depending on the kind of meat.
My grandpa likes to eat it practically raw. XD;

I thought I liked medium rare for a long time, but that was before I had much meat that had varying cooking times.
Now I generally order medium, though if I know the restaurant and have an idea of what their specific cooking standards are, or if I'm in the mood for something different, I might vary that.

Pink for me
its better to order it by color and blood specifics than by some standard set of ratings beacuse of the differences in cooking and what some resteraunts (and people) consider each to be
I speak of this because I work at a resteraunt where medium is considering to be pink with a touch of blood
