Magical Sailor Fuku

You're a boss that's confronted by a bunch of upstart heroes. But you can't get into the mood without some background music! And besides, if you lose, you can blame the music for distracting you. However, among the songs at your disposal, which one is best for you? I mean, it might just be the only way to express yourself to the heroes, seeing as they don't want to relate to you. A pity, really.

(And please don't complain about your choices. I spent four hours picking them out among dozens of RPG games, under certain criteria. For instance, do note that there are no two songs from the same series of games or any of close relation. (Picking Disgaea tossed out Makai Kingdom, La Pucelle, and Phantom Brave. Picking Chrono Trigger tossed out Chrono Cross. And picking Final Fantasy 4 tossed out all of those other Final Fantasy titles.) It was a lot of fun. ;/ )

That's why I voted for that one, myself. Mana Khemia has one of my favorite battle/boss soundtracks.

Too bad you can only have fifteen options in a poll. Still, post more boss music if you'd like. I didn't consider any songs from many games because I was familiar enough with them beyond knowing of their existence.

When I have some more time this week, I think I'll try to listen to all those tracks and vote on which I like best- and maybe submit one as well.

Anywayz, I knew the answer to this one without listening... I just had to find the right number to vote for. Lufia 2 all the way! Best. Game. Ever.

Runner up would be FFIV.

They were all pretty good and some of the other ones were quite epic, but they just didn't get me absolutely pumped. If my worse enemy showed up while I was listening to Lufia2/FFIV, he/she/it/GeorgeBush would be a dead man/woman/thing/politician. Pow. Right in the kisser.

*Listens to FFIV again, since I have several versions of Lufia 2 on my most frequent playlist*

To be more objective, I gotta give my vote to FFIV, since it is so much older than Lufia 2, and that song really is quite excellent.

Personally, I would have taken Battle 2 over Zeromus from FF4. Ah, well.
