Does anybody else find it ironic that "politics" is a contraction of "poly" as in "many", and "ticks" as in "small blood-sucking insects"?

Ugh...politics. The one thing that made me drop out of the running for Muffinville Council and prevented me from running the second time.

Not me. I think it was coined on purpose. People in higher places than the average person find ways of living off of said average people. It's practically a fact of life. The predator and the prey. The parasite and the host. Oh, ego.

I support Sarah Palin : without her, I wouldn't have so many laughs with Stephen Colbert, Bill Maher or Jon Stewart.
Actually, the only reason I ever got an interest in American politics was so that I could understand excerpts of the Daily Show that aired on CNN.

Oh, and Nikkou, you are the only one to blame if your dream is as I suppose a consequence of watching the Hustler's Sarah Palin-inspired p... err... movie.

I just figured since I actually haven't seen or heard anything about her for a week, that it was just some cosmic law enforcing that she invade my privacy in order to fix that. If there's one thing that she hasn't quit, it's her head popping up everywhere like a mole in a whack-a-mole game. ;p
