Just wondering since I seem to have alot of it. Is that normal or something? O.o And not just the passing kind. ^_^;

Sometimes I think my life runs on irony. It seems like all of my good fortune descends from my father's misfortune. For example:
If my father had not been drafted during the Vietnam War, he would never have met my mother.
If my father had not been fired by IBM and then found employment at Hitachi, I would never have been able to go to college in Japan.
And if I had not failed to find a job in the past two years since finishing college (instead having to live off my parents' money), then I would not have my current position as a video game writer (Yay!).

I have some irony. About my cat, Neko...
My favorite ironic thing was that I was arriving home, and I turned to my parents. I asked, "Is Neko up?"
I turned towards the window, and Neko was literally plastered up against the window, looking directly at me. Needless to say, the answer was no.
I love that cat. I'll never forget her. Mainly because of the scars...

I tend to have quite a bit of irony in my life. Though it's gotten less recently, rpobably due to the conclusion of my job search. Though heck, even after I'd been working there a couple weeks, I got a rejection letter from a job I'd applied for long enough ago prior that that I'd completely forgotten about it.... Weird.

To be honest, I'm not exactly sure what is defined as irony (exactly). But I'll try:
1: I'm a guy... Who thinks that he was meant to be a girl. <.<;
2: To be close to people I have to be far away. <.<;;
3: I like interacting with people but several elements play in that make that very hard, if not impossible (sometimes) to do. <.<;;;
4: Despite liking the idea of being nekkid (or wearing very light/scanty-in-a-good-way garments), I am mortified to actually do so. <.<;;;;
5: I want to help myself but I can only help other people. <.<;;;;;
6: I'm trying to find a way to focus my life but I always end up confused and divided. <.<;;;;;;
7: I prefer left to right but I haven't been able to get out of the habit of using my right since it has the motor skills I need. <.<;;;;;;;
And nothing else comes to mind right now. Are any of those not ironic? I wouldn't know. @_@;

Wow, every one of those describes me almost perfectly...that's some wierd stuff right there^^.
My entire life is like a non-existent account that has been suspended.

I have a tremendous amount, though as irony would have it... some of it is in a good way...
an example of good irony in my life: last spring I whipped off a literary paper at the last minute in the class before it was due. I turned it in, it apparently went to a school literary festival, a local literary festival, and then won a critics' choice award at sectional literary festival all without me knowing... they even gave me a medal...
and then of course there are too many examples of malicious irony in my life to list -_-; ...

There is a little to much irony in my life. For example I want to get to know people but I am to shy and I am aiming for a job of astrophysics or astronomy but I am really lazy. Thats what I consider irony.
