what gaming system do you think is the best, and pc's don't count.

PS2, Gamecube, X-Box, in that order. All three have good games, though.

I guess I'll go with PS2. There are a few games that are great on the Gamecube, but there's more variety and a larger number of decent games on the PS2. Plus, one of the best games on the Gamecube, Tales of Symphonia, was later added for the PS2. So there you have it. XD
However, by new Zelda for the Gamecube... Which one do you mean?

PC forever. Everthing else its just a simple modification of it.

I voted other, cause I'm just a general Nintendo fan, and can't choose one system as my favorite, and since everything is second or less to Nintendo in my mind... Then there you have it ^_^

Yeah . . . I'm a Sony fan, through and through. Other than my old Genesis, and my now ruined NES, the only thing I've owned is my PSX and my now better PS2. And since I'm an RPG fan as well, it works out in the ned, as PS2, simply put, has all of the best RPG's.

PC FTW! But other than that, 360, because it's the only one that shares in the majesty of Oblivion

DS for it's awesome interaction, portability and uniqueness. Just needs more software.

I'm fond of one called FATE, myself.
...What do you mean pencil-and-paper RPGs don't count? They're game systems!

=/ choosing PC for this poll would be like answering wal-mart for your favorite grocery store, because, like a PC, it is capable of more then the main task in question. Of course many of the mentioned systems can play CDs and DVDs but thats not their main function, where a computers main function is subjective to the user and the hard drives capabilities, and now days I'd say accessing the internet is mostly a PCs main function.

Not including PCs when they provide a not-insignificant part of the gaming market is going to skew the poll, and doing so with no reason given seems console snobbery. Or would if I didn't know that ZF is also a PC gamer. ^^;

Well, perhaps if you added 'Best Gaming Console?'
And, I'd still pick things in the exact same order.

Yeah and the whole excluding PC's from being a major gaming platform is in itself evidence of a complete lack of cultural awareness. PC's are by far dominating in Europe after all and is the baseline for which gaming is viewed over here.

Sophia chooses Gamecube. It interfaces with my Gameboy and has the vast majority of games I like.
