Mine has changed a little, I guess. A lot of the food that I didn't like as a child hasn't really changed with the exception of a few things. Such as now being able to eat chicken pot pie and meatloaf. I used to convert them into cookies as a child. ^_^; And that's all that I can really estimate since I can't include the new things that I've encountered the last few years that I've taken a liking/disliking to. So I'll have to wait to see if any of my current food interests change down the road.

My tastes have evolved a good bit. I like a lot of the same things, yes, but there are plenty of other things that I used to profess not to like, and now I do. Wonder if that'll keep happening? I hope so.

I remember not being able to eat mushrooms and fish when I was younger, but I guess I've gotten less picky, or my tastes have adopted, so I'd say it's changed a bit.

When I was a kid I absolutely despised onions and mushrooms but I love them now. On the other hand, I used to love pickles and now I can't stand them.

Definately. With the exception of eggs (used to like them as a kid, can't stand them on their own now), my tastes have broadened. I used to avoid peppers, tomatoes, bacon, and most spicey food, but now that I've gotten to try them I find I actually like most of them. Still can't stand mushrooms, horrible icky fungi that they are...

I have had a great deal of changes in my taste. I used to like ordinary boring danish food, but i can hardly stand much of it any longer. Likewise i can't stand most of the first foreign dishes to reached the country such as lasagna. There is a major thing that has stayed the same and that is that i really don't like vegetables and fungi. Apart from that i like most fancy foreign food, from etiopian curry to lebanese humous to asian wok dishes.
