Well, by destroy, I guess that you mean that mankind would cease to exist in any quantity?

If a gamma ray burst, large-enough celestial object striking the Earth or a dramatic climate change (inluding toxic air from either a lot of volcanic activity or the failure to contain toxic chemicals) doesn't do it, then I think that mankind could potentially commit geneticide.
