It is about a month and a half until the release of the new James Bond movie, Casino Royale. What is your favorite Bond movie parody?

4th-Johnny English: Decently funny movie starring Mr. Bean himself as a British seceret agent. Although it seems too Restricted as it is a family movie.

3rd-Casino Royale(1967): When the rights to the first movie in the Bond series was bought, Dr.No, From Russia with Love, and Goldfinger had been made. So everyone had identified Sean Connery as Bond. When the directer relized that Bond was on contract with somebody else for a few more years, he just thought, The Hell with this and made a Bond parody. Despite the fact, it had 5 directers and 10 writers (which made things a little messy), Casino Royale turned out to be a decent movie. Woody Allan plays a small role in this movie.

2nd-Naked Gun Series: This is Leslie Neilson at his finest. A hilarios series that most people don't recognize as a Bond Parody.

1st-Austin Powers: If I have to talk to you about this, you need to pay attention to the world more.

Had to go for Lesley Nielsen. I saw at least some of that on tv, and found it quite amusing. I'm probably one of the, oh, five or so people in this country who hated Austin Powers (yeah, I saw that it was parody, I just found it extremely un-funny), and I've never seen the other two at all.

Leslie Nielsen has my vote for Naked gun. Although I don't think that it was a direct spoof of any Bond movie, was it? (The movie "Spy hard" probably comes closer to that.)

Also, Leslie Nielson is awesome. He's one of the few actors that I like, as a person. Michael Meyers is funny and all, but he just doesn't seem very personable (to me, anyway).

Yay for "Wrongfully accused!" :D

While I did enjoy the first Austin Powers Movie I felt the series kinda dropped off as it went on.

Leslie Nielsen is humorous to me in most of his films. I still enjoy the naked gun movies and, as Nikkou mentioned, Spy Hard was amusing too.

For me it was tuff. Between Leslie Neilson and Austin Powers. Leslie had been in a lot of great movies. A trilogy just couldn't stand.

*Puts her pinky to the corner of her lip* Mr. Powers, you will see the sharks in the tank have lazer beams on their heads, I figure every creature deserves a warm meal *chuckles as Number 2 clears his throat*

Dr. Evil... since you were frozen sharks were put on the endangered species list... It would have taken months to clear up the red tape...

I see... What do I pay you people for?! Honestly! All I ask for is fricken sharks with fricken lazer beams attatched to their heads! Now my cycloptic coleague here tells me that's not possible! So what do we have?

.. Sea bass...

Riight

They are mutated sea bass.

Oh, are they ill tempered?

Extremely

It's good, it's a start. Alright guard start the unnesisarily slow dipping mechanism.

Ahhh yes I love that scene so much XD Now I need to watch Austin Powers again.

The scene I disliked was the deleted "sappy minion died" scenes, since they weren't very funny too me. I sympathized with the minion too much!
